LANZASUITES Villa Plus - stayed here for a week in Villa accommodates 2 people AMAZING! Villa has everything you need jacuzzi, very comfortable sunloungers, south facing gardens, sun most of the time. Everything is spotlessly clean and very extensive welcome pack. So very generous never had anything like it in all the beautiful hotels,apartments, cruises we have been on. HIGHLY recommended! Staff are very helpful and informative. Pool area is beautiful very quiet and peaceful lovely sunloungers around pool and a jacuzzi. There is a little cart by the pool with a small fridge with water and juice, lovely touch. 😍 Very close to the promenade beautiful walk to the marina. We highly recommend these villas everything you want for a lovely peaceful holiday.

From start to end , an excellent stay and every possible accessory needed is provided. As previous reviewers states it's everything you need and in excellent location and excellent condition . The management, provided a beautiful bunch of flowers, and cava for my wife's birthday Thanks again.

Just back from a lovely week staying at New Villa Lanza Suites. We arrived to a lovely welcome pack in the fridge of Cava, Wine, Milk, Water, Soft Drinks, Cheese, Ham, also biscuits, tea bags and coffee. Villa itself very nice and outside area very well equipped with your own sun beds, BBQ etc. We stayed in No. 13 and pool was right beside us. There is also a free small bar area outside with cava, wine, water, juice and apples. Plenty of Restaurants , shops close by. We walked down to the Marina each evening which was a 30 minute walk. We will definitely be back.

We stayed at New Lanzasuites for 10 nights in August of this year and had such an amazing holiday. The Villas are so well located, close to Flamingo Beach and also the Harbour, with lots of lovely bars and restaurants. We frequently shopped at the local Spar, only a few minutes walk from the Villa. The Villas were very comfortable and had everything we required, although we did tend to eat out most nights. The rooms are comfortable and are cleaned daily, if required, to a very high standard. On arrival we received the most generous Welcome Pack, which included drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), snacks and treats, this was such a blessing as we arrived late in the evening, such a thoughtful touch for the guests. The grass and pool areas were immaculate and tended daily by such a lovely gentleman (sorry forgot his name, apologies). It was such a relaxing area to spend your day at, and, in the evening, a soak in the hot tub was a winner. Some folk have commented on the noise from street traffic, however, every other detail of these villas outweigh this small point. Jose Luis and his team are so friendly, Jose Luis was available week days till lunch time and was so helpful and it was so nice knowing he would be there if we did need any help with anything. We would like to mention Carmen, who was the lovely young lady who mainly looked after us and ensured we had everything we needed, she just oozed happiness and nothing was ever a problem. We could go on and on, suffice to say that we would recommend New Lanzasuites to everyone who intends to visit Playa Blanca in the future. We enjoyed our stay so much, we have booked up to go again in March and September 2024. New Lanzasuites, please do not change, keep giving us the excellence you have attained, resulting in very happy and contented guests. Just arrived home from a weeks' break in Playa Blanca, having stayed at New Lanza Suites. Everything about NLS's was just perfect - the apartment was spotlessly clean, and grounds beautifully maintained. The location is ideal, with a supermarket directly opposite, and a Spar just a 3 minute walk down the road, where you can get freshly baked french stick/baguettes everyday. All the restaurants and bars are just a pleasant 10 minute stroll, with a wide array of retail shops on the upper high street area behind the esplanade. The apartment was very well stocked (including very generous welcome pack) with everything for a comfortable stay, with a decent coffee making machine (DeLonghi Nescafé Dolce Gusto Infinissima Pod Capsule Coffee Machine), TV in bedroom and lounge area, with access to UK TV channels etc. All the kitchen utensils and equipment was decent quality and lovely and clean - ideal for preparing something simple and quick to eat for breakfast and/or a snack. We tended to just chill on the sun loungers on our own private terrace area, which was ideal for us, with Flamingo beach being just 5 - 10 minutes walk away if we wanted some sea and sand. Some people have commented on the road at the back of the apartments, but this was NOT something we found to be an issue to be honest. If you want to explore further afield, everything is to hand - a car hire business in the shops opposite, the ferry across to Fuerteventura is just a 10 minute walk away, and a bus station just 10 minutes up the road too. In fact the bus (the number 161) to and from the airport is only a 3 minute walk from the apartments! All in all, we couldn't find fault New Lanza Apartments - quality, cleanliness, convenience, location, friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely recommend, and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Fabulous Fabulous Fabulous! This is our third stay since August 2022 & we shall be back again very soon! This is a small, private place. Individual bungalows which include loungers on your terrace, a barbecue & table & chairs. There is the most generous welcome pack which is much appreciated when you arrive at midnight! The accommodation is adult only so perfect for us who have already done the parenting of young children & now want to enjoy a different type of holiday! The bed is huge & bedroom has drawers & hanging space & if you need to do laundry while you’re here, there is a machine in your bungalow. Perfect for us as we don’t bring more than hand luggage! The grounds are beautiful & well kept & there’s a delightful pool for those hot days as well as a hot tub. There’s nothing not to love! The staff are the added bonus! Jose is a simply lovely manager/ owner, the cleaners are fantastic & friendly & nothing too much trouble & they come in every day. But a big shout out has to go to Richard who works here part time. As well as groundsman, gardener, pool (& barbecue) cleaner, he is also a great font of knowledge! If you want any recommendations on where to visit, where to eat, best beaches, best butcher (yes, we did ask that!!) then he’s your man. Again, nothing is too much trouble & we look forward to seeing him & the great team on our next visit!

This was the first time we have stayed here, and certainly wont be the last !. The Bungalows are lovely and spotlessly clean, and the welcome pack we received was excellent. My wife loved the massive bed, as she was so far away from me she did not hear me snoring 😂😂. The pool and gardens were first class and as others have commented, the complimentary drinks cart was a great touch, especially in the heat. Every member of staff we spoke to were very pleasant and a special mention to Carmen who looked after our Bungalow.

Me and my friend stayed here for 3 nights, we had the most amazing time, villas are quiet and relaxing, well equipped very comfortable beds everything there you need, outside space was great too lovely pool and hot tub, comfy sunbeds, and free drinks cart lovely touch, near to shops restaurants and the port for ferries, so overall we had an incredible stay and look forward to staying soon many thanks Rachel and Louise.

Just returned from a weeks stay. Truly outstanding. Beautiful accommodation, fabulous staff and a welcome pack that is extremely generous. Yes, it is next to a road, but the positives far outweigh that one small negative and we very quickly ‘zoned’ the noise out. Location is great. Flamingo beach is 5 minutes walk to the right and Playa Blanca less than 10 minutes walk to the left. There’s a small supermarket across the road and if you turn left a Spar supermarket a few minutes away which have fresh bread and milk daily. We will definitely be returning. Thank you Jose.
