Un hotel excelente, muy bonito y bien ubicado. Es caro pero alguna vez en la vida merece la pena.

Not the 5* service you expect. Guess is that there is new management heavily cutting back on costs. Swimming pool toilets always dirty. My bedroom sink had a million ants crawling out of it. There was a turndown chcolate, same one every night (when they decided to bother turning down my room which wasn’t often) but not the gifts like in previous years that you come to expect. Chris**as dinner was bleak and we were told by other people sitting at our table that if they were bed and breakfast they were told they had no option but to book it at 211 per person I believe. The show wasn’t in English or any language other than Spanish so couldn’t be enjoyed and I was served a single plain piece of cod. No sauce not garnish. My only dietary requirement is that I’m pescatarian. Overall bleak and not good like previous years. Oh and to add, there was still wrappers on the cheese at the buffet. Was a beautiful place and still is but not 5* anymore and not worth the 5* pricing

We needed a short break ahead of my knee operation. The hotel is beautiful and well laid out. It provided everything we wanted within its location

The staff are all amazing and wanted us to have a great holiday. Well worth having a ‘relax room’ for the superb adult only breakfast and access to the spa. We weren’t all inclusive and thought the cost of the buffets (E45) was high so we ate out or at Don Giovanni’s on site. Some of the hotel decor is a bit tired. Its position and its staff make that forgivable.

Just back from a wonderful stay at this hotel.. definitely deserves five star review as from start to finish everything was amazing. From room maintenance to breakfast buffet it was fantastic. We always ended the day in the lobby bar which has the friendliest, attentive staff and always remembered our “order”. Hotel is simply beautiful, and attention to detail is exemplary… from minute we arrived and that welcome offer of a glass of champers whilst checking in to the chocolates on pillow after evening checks done. We stayed on level 5 and although our room was not described as a sea view, we were thrilled that we did have one and it got the sun until about 4pm. I can’t think of anywhere else I want to stay if using a hotel in Lanzarote. Can’t wait to go back.

We stayed here for 7 wonderful days and nights. The hotel is paradise. The staff are fantastic and are a great representation of the hotel from the minute you arrive till the day you leave. Hotel setting is spotless clean with loads of cool different places to go for a drink or just to chill out. Plenty of different pools and restaurants for breakfast. I would fully recommend this hotel for a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday and I look forward to returning very soon.

As usual the hotel staff were excellent, super service except for one tiny location. coffee shop/ice cream bar beside childrens pool, this is very slow service and is always slow, customers find it frustrating. The rest of the complex is EXCELLENT

outstanding hotel we have stayed all over the island for years in all different hotels , apar**ents , villas , so this was our format time at Yiaza. wow, just absolutely love it. very calming , relaxed but attentive. The staff here make this hotel. all seem to be happy here working and are nice to each other. food is fab, rooms are good size, so so quiet at night for a good sleep. perfect location. we go home on thursday and i don’t want to! lol. we will definitely be back .

We had a fantastic stay, the facilities are great and the staff are very friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The restaurants in the hotel are excellent and the choice in the Yaiza Buffet is superb. The Islas Lobos is a great kids fee zone for a quiet breakfast. The Don Giovanni is not so good unless you are sticking with pizza and pasta, and we would have liked to see the Tapas bar open. Very minor gripe they have large screen Smart TVs in the rooms that are not very smartly set up. They have a limited choice of UK channels which is fair enough, but how much would it take to put the Netflix, Prime and YouTube apps on so that people of all nationalities can login to their accounts and expand their choices. Sometimes it is nice to go back to the room after dinner and chillout in front of the TV rather than listen to a pianist in a lounge. It was our second stay in 4 years and we will be back.
