Relaxia Lanzasur Club - Aqualava Water Park

Well overall we found the resort very nice , clean and tidy rooms left very clean with fresh towels most days . Pool area is big and the pools are lovely with a very shallow pool for the very little ones . There cold but it’s early in the season so that will change as the weather improves. Pool bar is terrible to be honest food is very bland so much more could be done with it hamburgers are left in a tray for far to long so are cold , sandwiches are available but on trying the bread is stale, better getting a burger roll and making your own , drinks are available you take your chances with the wines , cocktails are available but anything decent there’s an extra charge . Food is far better at lunchtime at the waterpark food is available for 12 til 2pm and is fresh and plentiful with lots of salad . Main restaurant again lacks any imagination with no themed nights of what we could see and food sometimes taking a while to be refreshed , breakfast is similar with pastries sometimes difficult to get croissant are like gold dust , evening entertainment is good there’s a kids club before so if you don’t want to be involved better to eat a bit later to catch the show around 9pm bar service is good with soft drinks and coffees on a self service set up . Overall we enjoyed are stay were massive fans of Lanzarote and have visited many times we fancied a different side of playa blanca as were normal over papagayo side , so that’s were we’ll be when we re visit I’m sure many will enjoy there stay here staff are very friendly and can’t do enough just needs the food issue and quality to be looked at .

So pleased with our stay. The hotel is clean, staff are friendly, facilities are great (pools, water park) and the Entertainment team work so hard to give everyone a fabulous time. Special shout out to Boris and his team for making our son feel so welcome. He loved the kids club too. Food is good, there is something for everyone. We stayed in a suite with hot tub as 5 of us. Lovely to have our own space. Hotel suitable for young children and has a family feel. Visit to volcanoes a must whilst here.

Arrived 19th Febuary for a week. Flying with Jet2. 2 Adults 2 Children aged 9 & 11. Staff- amazing very polite, caring and helpful. Entertainment team brilliant. Location. 5 minute walk to the beach from the back gate. (Other side of the hotel entrance) 10 minutes walk to a few bars and restaurants. 20 minute walk along the front to the Main area were the majority of bars and restaurants are situated and 40 minute walk to the marina(from the hotel). €5 in a taxi from the marina to the hotel. We climbed the volcano at the back of the hotel, just for the experience it tools us 50 minutes to reach the top. Rooms. We stayed in room 317 Everything we needed lovely little bungalows, kettle fridge. TV. Bath, my only critique is they do need updating (modernising) but we only slept in them and got changed in them. Hotel - pool excellent one big pool not heated - baby pool and smaller pool heated. My kids played in them all day with no issue. Aqualand- brilliant add on can go back and forth all day do a few slides and mix your day up. Perfect for the age of my children. 9 & 11. 5 large slides- lazy river - splash park and wave pool. All inclusive food and drinks. (Food 12.30-2) Food & restaurant- overall something for us to eat every morning-lunch-night. Full English for breakfast, lunch we would go to the snack bar or the water park or inside the restaurant - Tea time- again plenty of choice no issues. But even though we are all inclusive we liked to go out of an evening. Drinks- plenty of choice- fizzy pop- wine and beer on tap. Plus spirits (local) behind the bar. Overall the drinks were decent. Visiting Lanzarote is my first time. I have visited Tenerife, fuertaventura and Gran Canaria and I very rarely visit the same location, as I like to see the world, but I will definitely be back to Lanzarote maybe even next year. Beautiful place. I would definitely come back to this hotel, great location, great staff, brilliant week.

Fantastic 5th visit to this fabulous hotel. Took friends with us this time and they had such a great time. Food was great and always plenty to choose from. We all always left full and happy. Special shout out to Boris and his entertainment team for giving us such a wonderful experience! Such a great group of people and a fabulous team. Credit to boris and the team for the activities as we all joined in on them all. Mention to Simon as well as he got us girls on his team for boules and unfortunately we weren’t great but he was fantastic with us! We’re already booking for next year again! ＜3

We just returned from an incredible 5-night stay at Hotel Relaxia, booked through Jet2, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. First and foremost, the food was absolutely amazing. Every meal offered a fantastic variety, catering to all tastes with fresh and delicious options. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the culinary delights were truly top-notch. One of the highlights of our stay was the unlimited access to the awesome Waterpark. It was perfect for both kids and adults, providing endless fun and excitement. We spent hours enjoying the thrilling slides and relaxing in the various pools. However, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the phenomenal entertainment team. They are, hands down, the best animation and entertainment crew we've ever encountered in an all-inclusive resort. Their nightly performances were outstanding, featuring impressive musicals, singing, and much more. The team is incredibly talented, down-to-earth, and genuinely dedicated to making sure everyone has a great time. They consistently went out of their way to keep us entertained and engaged. Hotel Relaxia, you have set the bar high for future holidays. We can't wait to return! Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

Our daugther fall in love with the kids club, everyday was aswking to go there, she loved the crafts and facepaintg that she did with Saray Talia and Helena. We joined to the adults activites with Simon and Boris, we had a lot of good time also with Orian. The animation team here is the best team I seen in years.

Food was poor as was the service, always waiting for replenishment for items when it’s ran out. Likewise with the drinks machines. Always waiting for something at either meal throughout the day. Meaning food was cold when you got back to your table to eat. Minimal (4 max) staff clearing used plates from tables meant you always came back to your table and had to pile up used plates to eat dessert. No joke they have more animacion staff than they do working in the restaurant. Only 1 place to chill on an evening which is the lobby bar and this only has 1 person serving drinks to the whole hotel. Queues galore. Seating area rammed with chairs and tables. Badly ran which is a shame giving the size of the hotel and grounds. Water park was ok but it’s very small. Was handy for the kids to use but even they got bored. Be aware the sauna they charge €6 to use and there is nothing stated until you arrive and ask to use it. Whilst here i also caught my t-shirt on 2 screws that were sticking through the door frame on the gym entrance and upon mentioning it to reception and showing them the two holes in the t-shirt nothing was ever done resulting in a £40 damaged t-shirt at my cost. Luckily it didn’t pierce any skin on my arm or even worse a child. Pool bar food is basic, processed burgers and hot dogs all day with pastries from breakfast and omelettes with a bit salad. Games room well dated and only 1 table tennis table with people queuing to use it at all times. Overall, lucky to give a 3 star rating in my opinion. Would i return? Never. Hope this review helps others.

Amazing village/complex. We visited in May 2024 and were so happy with our stay. The check in was straightforward, the rooms and yard with hot tub was fantastic and the food was spot on. We had two mini fussy eaters with us and there was enough choice for them to eat. The complex has it's own shop too and it is within a 5 min walk to a supermarket (size of a Tesco Express) closeby if you need home comforts. The pool area was spot on, the pool bar had plenty to eat for Lunch as did the restaurant too (I only realised that the restaurant was open at Lunch on our last day as the pool bar had very tasty food). The entertainments/animation team were amazing and to be honest - they made our holiday for the girls. I'd recommend getting the suite with the hot tub and having a 10 day break there as 7 days is too short.

Fantastic hotel, staff were friendly, beds were comfy, rooms were looked after ever day by the cleaning team. Hotel looks amazing, so clean and well.looked after, waterpark is great, loads for the kids to do.... the animation team are hilarious, thoroughly entertained with them in the evenings, would definitely rate this hotel a 4⭐️ will definitely be returning in the next couple of years
