Posizione eccellente, ci hanno assegnato un bungalow molto carino e confortevole, letti comodissimi. Personale gentile ed accogliente. Struttura pulita.

On arriving we were greeted but a really nice guy who explained everything but where the break fast was. It was late when we arrived so no major worries. In the morning we looked for breakfast and were told it was in a hotel 2mins walk away. At the Coral Hotel and Spa. Was an annoyed at this as didn’t realise (you only find out about if you click on more info in the Jet2 website) Hotel room is spotless and cleaned with towels replaced when required. No cleaning on Mondays and Thursdays. Cleaning staff have been excellent. Room was perfect. On Wednesday night we were greeted with a huge cockroach in the bathroom. Couldn’t workout where it came from. It was quickly dispatched to cockroach heaven. A few more throughout our stay on the balcony. Which was weird as on the 6th floor more concerning as the room is spotless. Using the shower is great. Powerful. Adjustable. Decent. The Hotel is also empty. See pics. With loads of rooms free. It seems common for Tenerife that we can’t extend the room. 12 O’clock checkout with a 1800 pick up is restrictive for the guests. It puts us off coming to Tenerife. Now we’ve been able to extend every visit to Lanzarote. I’m happy to pay a fee for an extra 5 hours. Massive dealbreaker for us. But understandable if the hotel is busy. Which it’s visibly not. Enjoyed our stay even with the *******. But would we come again ? Depends.

Excellent location. So close to all the great bars and restaurants. 5 min walk to the Golden Mile. The hotel has had a little glow up since we were there in 2022. Rooms are always spotless. Loved the New Rooftop sun deck. Will definitely be back again.

Stayed for a week at start of May, picked it for location as a regular in Las Americas we needed something that was walkable for 2 lasses on a night out. We stayed in 10a which was just off the Hotel. A 2 level anxex qppartment near the bungalows. Our room was on the upper level and we had to carry 2 big cases up the stairs.After a day of travelling it wasnt ideal. You would struggle if you were older etc.. Room was great, really well done out and clean. Room was cleaned 5/7 days with clean towrels too. Fan only in room, which was needed over beds at night. We sunbathed on sun deck above our room which got Sun most of day and was quiet. Would we stay again...yes of price was right.

Lovely hotel, nice and clean, close to everything, the only thing that let it down is one or two of the staff ( female) mostly behind the bar and counter they were rude and the food itself is uneatable we got a pizza the dough was under cooked and the toppings were raw and not cooked and we were questioned as to what it was not wanted?? All other staff were nice and friendly and we would revisit just not eat the bar food.

First time we have stayed at this hotel. We had originally booked the Coral Compostela Beach Hotel but we received an email to say they had moved us to this hotel so we feared the worst. How wrong we were, this hotel is great. We had a one bed apartment self catering. The staff are great. The rooms are spotless. It is in a prime location, easy to walk to all the best places in Las Americas. The pool area does get a bit shaded in the afternoon but there is a fantastic roof terrace! Plenty of sun beds. No issues with towels on beds. A hidden gem, cheap, great location, adults only. Brilliant!! We will be definitely staying again!

The hotel was very average, the rooms had been redecorated but the hotel it’s is extremely outdated still and disappointing. Do not pay for a pool view room as you will be robbed of the extra money especially if booking with jet 2 they will not refund this and it will be wasted as every room faces the pool. Some staff were very friendly and helpful however. We attended when works were taking place which were extremely disruptive and ruined our trip. Would not return to this hotel or recommend to anyone.
