Park Club Europe - All Inclusive Resort

Nice stay for a short break. Lovely pool area although sunbeds a bit worn. Friendly staff - especially at pool bar. Rooms could do with a refurbishment - no air con, only ceiling fan therefore room was very hot. I believe a gradual refurbishment of the blocks is taking place so hopefully this will be included.

The good: 👍 The location is excellent, close to shops, beach and all you might need. The food is good, although sometimes is kinda repetitive there's great choices and is tasty. There's a great selection of drinks even though not the greatest brands still very enjoyable and the bar and restaurant staff was always pleasant to speak with. Animation crew and the shows were excellent and really made the stay even more pleasant. Rooms are big and spacious even if decor is a bit outdated, our room had amazing views. The main pool and the surrounding areas are beautiful and well kept. Just wish the Laguna beach pool was also heated. The bad:👎 Room cleaning was basic(spider webs in the bed lamps) but beds were made and fresh daily, most days they wouldn't take cups out.(we always bring water back to the bedroom) All reception staff were great and pleasant to deal with exception of Anna which was dry and sounded rude when I asked about shampoo/soap replenishment. Shampoo and Shower gel are only available when you start your stay(one sachet per person) these are not replenished daily, never experienced this on any hotel I've ever stayed. You'll be forced to go buy some in a shop.

3 star hotel but seemed more 4 star …. Best thing about the hotel is the staff, all so friendly and hard working, waiters, reception staff, food team, cleaners all brilliant and a special well done to the animation team, all day and all night on it 100% and their evening shows were fantastic … my kids are really missing them … drinks great, food fine, room perfect, swimming pool lovely, table tennis, billiards, footy pitch, great gym etc …. Would fully recommend this place to anyone considering … o yes amazing location as well

Stayed here in April 2024. Very good stay indeed. Rooms are standard but cleaned daily. There are no amenities except a fridge but it's all inclusive and you can grab food and drink from 8am until Midnight. Hotel is quiet and relaxed but central to a lot of bars and shops and the beach is just a 5 minute walk away. There are 2 pools, the main one is fairly large and thr smaller is better for children plus it has a slide. The hotel grounds are well kept as well which makes for a nice relaxed environment. Food is very good for a 3 star. Lots of freshly cooked food (Steak, Chicken, Fish and Pizza to name a few) All inclusive drinks are OK, nothing to write home about but there is a good selection. Finally and most importantly are the staff who were superb. The waiters and bar staff were polite and reception was very helpful but the best staff was the animacion team. They were really engaging without being overbearing running great clubs for the kids, sports events and evening events. Nothing was forced and they genunily wanted to make sure we were having a great time. Only advice would be to book a room away from the evening entertainment which can be loud until about 1pm. Most people staying were not English but we were always made to feel welcome especially by the staff. Overall a great hotel and great value for money for a 3 star hotel

Great comfortable 3* hotel. Better than expected! The rooms although a little dated were spacious and clean and we were allocated rooms as per our wish list which we asked for via the TUI app. Entertainment was fab, the team seemed to really love their jobs and made all the family feel v welcome. The pools were well suited for all age groups. Location was spot on just a few minutes walk to the beach front. Only ******* were the food and food hall, as they weren’t great but fine for what we wanted. Evening entertainment started a bit late. 9pm for kids disco (they loved joining in on the stage learning all the dance routines!) and 10pm for the main show. We only managed to stay up one night for the full show as kids just got too tired!

We had THE BEST time at this hotel. The animation team, especially Alex and Fabio were top notch! They made our kids holiday so special and they were just so lovely to chat to! Fabio (who speaks 5 languages) left such a lasting impression on one of our daughters. She is still talking about him now we are home. The animation team work so hard. There is always some activity going off in the day and the shows at night are the best we have experienced. They also include the audience in some of their shows, my fiancé being one of them. We were laughing so hard most nights! We have stayed in 5* hotels and the entertainment here is far superior. The kids disco is great fun too and even the adults get involved with pleasure! The entertainers speak all languages, so all the evening entertainment can be understood by everyone as they repeat in all the languages. I was a little concerned being an English family turning up to a hotel that had little to no other English people when we first arrived. However later in the holiday lots of English people arrived. I think our kids holidays was a week earlier to most of England. The pool areas are brilliant. The main (heated) pool where all the animation team are, is the loud busy pool. Music is always playing and it’s a great atmosphere. If you want a front row sunbed though, be sure to get up early! The other pool (salt water) where the slides are is much more relaxed and tranquil. We spent a few days by this pool, we found a spot that had just 5 sunbeds and we felt like we had our own pool it was so peaceful! This is sandy underfoot too so it gave the kids something to entertain themselves with! The food was good too. The salad bar choice was outstanding and the hot food was also lovely. The kids weren’t that bothered about the evening food, probably because it was healthier than the 3 plates of chicken nuggets, pizza and chips they’d had from the snack bar in the day lol! The homemade pizzas were awesome too! Oh and the bbq area runs from Wednesday to Sunday and is full of all things meat! It was delicious! The rooms are fine. Yes probably a bit dated, but besides that they are fine. The cleaners come every day so you always come back to fresh towels and beds made. This hotel is perfectly positioned. Just a few minutes walk to a beach and the main ***** of bars and restaurants! You really can’t go wrong. In a nutshell shell, if you’re a family thinking of booking this hotel, you will not be disappointed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We absolutely loved this hotel and the staff were amazing! On one of the days it rained & they went above and beyond to keep everybody entertained! Always chatting away to everyone and getting everybody involved with the games! So smiley and friendly! The Disney show was amazing, really made our trip! The food selection was good and beautiful ! Honestly couldn’t complain about this hotel & the staff in the slightest! Brilliant for kids & adults, would highly recommend to anybody coming!

Just got back from a short break at Club Park Europe and I was mainly impressed. I'll start with the positives; 1) It's in a great location. A short transfer from the airport and then beaches, bars, shops and restaurants right on your doorstep. 2)The staff, all were polite and or friendly. Special mention to the lady on reception (sorry I can't remembere her name and Ramon in the bar. 3) The rooms were nice. We had a nice bedroom with a lounge and another sleeping area by the front door and a large ground floor terrace overlooking the beautiful gardens. The shower was fab! 4) It seemed busy but not oveercrowded with mix of all Europes nations, which was nice. 5) The beer was nice, the bar staff were quick to serve and there were a few self serve beer taps, nice, though the one by the snack bar just seems to dispense froth. 6) Although we were a couple we can remember what it was like and this is a good location for families with younger children ＜13 say. The negatives; A) Sunbeds, although plentiful the prime spots always seem to have towels/belongings on them but their occupants had gone for a day out it seems. B) Restaurants and food. Food was adequate but never more than that. We always found somewhere to sit on the tables of eight and although the other folk were polite, it would have been nice to have a couple experience. C) Cocktails, give these a miss. They are just sugary syruppy weak versions of what they should be and mainly served in plastic beakers. Overall the positives far outweighed the negatives.

Just returned from a great week staying here ....we were a group of 6 ....4 adults and 2 children age 9 and 15 ....they entertainment team were fantastic...elina (bubbles ) was so welcoming to us all the first night we arrived and the continued to be for the rest of the week ....the others also in the team were great with the activities and kids club ....rooms were clean and tidy ....food was OK....did feel the snack bar could of bee n better ....location perfect ...bar staff were all very friendly and also the cleaners did a fantastic job
