Coral Suites & Spa - Adults Only

We stayed here as a family group for 5 nights. I couldn’t have been happier with this hotel. The suite was lovely and had everything we needed, including hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The toiletries that were provided were really nice and even included hair conditioner. Every staff member that we encountered was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and I had freshly prepared omelette each day. The pool area was clean and tidy and sunbed reserving wasn’t allowed , we didn’t have any problem getting a lounger.

Lovely hotel with good amenities, daily cleaning service. Absolutely perfect location with plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Breakfast was perfect with everything you could want. Small issue no mirror close to the dressing table, which just seemed strange. Roof terrace was not gorgeous felt like a bit of a waste. No sun bed reserving, first time I’ve been in a hotel where this was actively managed. Well done. Would have no hesitation to stay here again.

Just back from a very disappointing holiday. On arrival rude receptionist which continued. Poolside cafe they term as a restaurant! Some rude bar staff that let down the rest of the team. Went half board doesn’t include basic glass of water with your meal. Food horrible and a la carte menu as stated in brochure non-existent. Definitely not 4star, tired and dated. Definitely would not return, felt robbed and not worth the money paid for holiday at this hotel!, Don’t spend your hard earned cash going here.

Having stayed at this hotel several times in the past, we had read the reviews and were unsure about booking. However when we arrived we found the hotel to be as it was before (6 years since our last visit). Rooms were very clean and well maintained. We stayed in a classic suite which had the wrap around balcony. We had a separate bedroom and 2 toilets, shower cubicle and bath with shower over it. We found staff to be very friendly and helpful. We stayed B & B only and there was plenty choice at breakfast. Sunbeds were always available around the pool during our stay though we mainly used the quiet roof terrace. The hotel is in a great location for getting around with the bus stop just practically outside the hotel and the pick up point for Siam Park etc just round the corner. Would we stay again? Yes we would though we normally travel to Tenerife during winter season when they don’t contract with British tour companies which is why we haven’t been for so long

Hotel is absolutely immaculate, rooms are beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. However, there is an open vent in the bathroom and you can hear absolutely everything through it. We came for 7 days and every single day we didn’t sleep properly due to noise at early hours in the morning. On our last day we heard people at 04:30 am shouting, screaming swearing and sounded to be fighting each other. This lasted well over an hour and a half. The noisiness around this hotel again is absolutely shocking, will not be returning!!!!

I’ve never given a bad review, but this really is worth highlighting. Especially the lack of empathy and respect towards the customer. Arrived at the hotel at 20:30 on the 18 April (last night) ……then told the Half Board Classic Suite which I booked on the 04 Feb was not ready for 2 days (booking problem)…..stay 2 days in a basic room but we will upgrade you to All lnclusive……..not really much I could do as what other option did I have. This morning the Hotel had the audacity to tell me….”tomorrow you check out at 12, put your case and golf clubs down to reception, and then check in again at 3pm” Disgraceful consideration and absolutely horrific customer service…………. Victoria the receptionist was very helpful as she was in a difficult position delivering the bad news. She is in a different league to the management who have zero customer care qualities and are not willing to listen, but once you have told them the problem, they dismiss you intimidating your not willing to listen. Typical narcissistic trait…..makes the customer feel bad…

Overall a good stay. I would say this is more of a 3* hotel but has potential. We stayed all inclusive for 5 nights. Positives Can’t fault the staff, they were great, very hard working and always cleaning the place. All inclusive drinks were decent, the usual local spirits and a decent cocktail menu. Self service soft drinks were a good idea. Rooms are lovely and spacious, clean, good pool view. Was never woken up by noise etc. Great location, everything within walking distance. Air con in the rooms was good. The entertainment on a night was nice. Negatives The food isn’t great, always managed to find something to eat (just) but wasn’t of a great standard. Pancakes are hard around the edges at breakfast. Pasta was nice and was heated up by the chef for you, however the pesto pasta was very very oily and the bolognese wasn’t heated up fully (some parts cold). Some very loud groups in/around the pool, which I honestly don’t mind as everyone is here to have a good time, however when they are shouting racially abusive language etc that’s when the line is crossed. I didn’t see this being stopped by staff. No air con in reception/lobby area. Snacks were either left over food from the restaurant or some sandwiches/fruit from a fridge. The sun deck was nice, however a few of the beds were closed off (unsure why) so only one was available. Overall I would return but not all inclusive.

Amazing hotel overall. I went all inclusive : couldn’t have doubted the breakfast, lunch or dinner. A huge variety to choose from all 3 meals - staff were also very helpful and polite. Our hotel was clean , lots of space and comfy beds . Cleaners did an amazing job at keeping our rooms clean/tidy every day. If you want to get a sunbed for the day I would advise going down before 9:45am . Excellent visit

I didn’t read the reviews before going and I’m glad I didn’t or I’d have been put off, we stayed at coral suites for 6 nights and would definitely return. The room was spacious and modern, and was kept immaculate by the cleaners who even folded my pyjamas for me which I found very sweet, the only con was that the beds were 2 single beds pushed together, for an adults only hotel I’d have expected a double, but this wasn’t a dealbreaker. The kitchen had some good facilities like a coffee machine, hobs, a microwave, and cooking utensils, we used it often as we were breakfast only and preferred to cook our own lunches to take out with us for the day. I’ve seen some reviews about the noise which was a slight issue some nights with the vent in the bathroom leading into the corridors allowing you to hear every conversation of passers by, but I learnt that if you close the bathroom door then it blocks most of this noise out, some noise from those occupying the apartments opposite did travel through the balcony doors even when closed but it was nothing too disruptive, the curtains blocked any light from entering the room in the morning so being woken up by the sun wasn’t an issue, the aircon was good too keeping the room a nice temperature at night. I do have to agree with the reviews about the shower changing temperatures though. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful so not sure what all the negative reviews are about, I also didn’t witness the pool staff putting anyone’s belongings on the floor, I myself disappeared briefly a few times to go and get some things from my room and my towel was still where I left it. The rooftop terrace is a lovely sun trap, and never had more than about 5 people up there at one time, possibly due to the lack of a bar but we aren’t really big drinkers so this didn’t bother us. Breakfast was average, the same foods were supplied each day but there is a good range of sweet and savoury options to choose from which I alternated between, the churros and chocolate sauce are particularly nice! We chose to dine elsewhere for dinner for dinner every day so not sure what the dinner selection was like. The decor of the reception area was a nice touch, I liked the swinging chairs! The balcony was spacious and relaxing, I used it a lot in the evenings, the sea view was disrupted with a lot of tall buildings but I appreciated being away from the main road. Overall we had a lovely time here and have spoken about returning!
