Realmente um ótima experiência. Estava com meu marido, ficamos na suite privilege, perfeita! Amplo quarto, coma torneias individuais, hidro no banheiro e na área externa com vista para o jardim, cama surreal de confortável.
O Hotel possui uma ampla variedade de restaurantes, onde o italiano, japonês e steakhouse você deve agendar no dia, o restante basta ir e aguardar.
O restaurante japonês não é tanto pela comida e sim pela experiência do sushiman é mais um show, incrível!
Recomendo o restaurante de buffet pois possui variedade de culinária de diversos países e o restaurante japonês.
Infelizmente o restaurante em frente à praia não tivemos um bom atendimento, única crítica!
O resort possui diversas áreas verde, com isso você encontra vários animais, mega fofos!! Fomos no boliche e ainda possuem noites de karaokê, bem divertido!
Sugestionaria apenas ter alguma piscina aquecida, pois todas não possuem aquecimento.
É um resort completo, com sorveteria, café, uma maravilha. Recomendo a todos!

I enjoyed my stay at Ocean Riviera Paradise. Thanks to Jennifer and Elisabeth for their help during my check in. A huge thanks to Ariz, the concierge/butler staff that was assigned to us during our stay. She went well above and beyond for us. She made herself available to us during our entire stay, day and night…so 5 Mega Stars to her for the service she provided. The downside was the attempt to upsell by a vendor, before being allowed to go to our room…it was quite annoying. He had a job to do, which he was very focused on getting accomplished…but it delayed us getting to our rooms.

The outdoor property is beautiful. The rooms are very basic and the sinks didn’t drain. The buffet food was not great. They harassed us about taking towels off the property for our excursion. They made me sign a form agreeing to pay $100 per towel if we lost one. We went during busy season and were never able to get chairs at the pools because people go out early in the morning and put towels down. You will see wildlife like raccoons, lemurs, iguanas, and monkeys! That’s cool, minus the raccoons. The spa facility is very basic and needs upgrades. The spa pool is indoor and very cold. The sauna and steam were dirty and they ran out of cups for the water in the spa. They charge 5 star spa prices but don’t deliver as far as facilities go. However, our massages and facials were top notch. Excellent.

Went to Ocean Riviera Paradise for a wedding. The staff here are amazing. So kind and so helpful. The property was clean. There is something for everyone at this resort. A kids/family section (daisy), an adults only section (el beso), a privileged section, and a general section for couples or families (Eden). We stayed in the privilege section and it was lovely. The only downside was the privilege beach section was on the small side. However, there is staff there to help find a spot for you when some people “reserve” their spots with their towels and don’t show back up until many hours later. The food everywhere we went was amazing - including the main buffet. Would recommend to others 😊

Te maintenance is not good, however Claudia the guest service manager really help us to improve the vacation time. We changed 2 times the room and she take care of us. She makes the difference

Wish Mike’s coffee bar had more staff and faster service. They were great but lots of demand so long line ups during prime time. Wish ice cream shop was opened during the day. Reservation system for restaurants was poor. Staff said they would make reservation for us and when we showed up, there wasn’t one; another time, one reservationist said we had reso, sent us there 30 min before the restaurant even opened.
