不一樣的帶娃體驗！坎昆的瑰麗酒店checkin後是坐船進入房間的，每個房間都配有管家，要去哪裡或者預訂餐廳都可以找管家幫忙，房間裏有一個很大的浴缸，還有一個室外沖涼的，還有專門的化粧台，welcome gift也很棒，管家還幫我們調了好喝的龍舌蘭。就是房間外面的泳池小了點，不過瑰麗的私人沙灘還是很棒的👍，酒店還給每個房間配備了自行車🚲，娃玩得不亦樂乎，總的來説推薦指數5顆🌟🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

This hotel is a dream come true : the location is stunning, the rooms and the level of service are incredible…there are no words to describe the experience you’ll get at Rosewood Mayakoba. I spent three nights in a stunning wellness suite, I especially chose this category because it’s in a more quiet part of the complex (although the hotel as a whole is rather quiet), it felt much more secluded. The spa is great, their therapists are very well trained and experienced. I received some of the best massages I’ve ever had, they are expensive but worth it . One important thing to consider : as on most beaches around Playa del Carmen there is a lot of Sargassum (sea****) in the water. The beach is cleaned and they also work very hard to protect it from the erosion, but most of the year the water is brownish… if the beach is your main priority this may be a problem. The dining is quite expensive, but pretty good and totally worth it. Also the service is great ! I did the Ceiba dinner, had a great time!I also really enjoyed the a la carte breakfast dishes…

The Rosewood Mayakoba set the bar high from the airport pickup. The standard of service is exceptional, & their attentiveness was full-on. Food & restaurants? Fantastic. Butler? Beto was beyond incredible. All the activities were well-planned with terrific guides, & a special shoutout to the Dive Center who were very safety-minded & ‘by the book’. Also, the resort doctor sorted out our son perfectly :) We went with our adult kids, & all had a wonderful time! Highly recommend the Rosewood Mayakoba & the whole team!

Incredible service and top tier food, loved it! I had the ribeye quesadilla and it was so tender and flavorful! The ice cream is absolutely delicious, and I enjoyed it all from an incredible view of the lagoon and pool. I am Definitly going again

The most amazing beach vacation ever! From the moment we arrived, we were like 🤩🤩🤩. After check in, we got on an electric water taxi to our house and greeted by our butler. After unpacking, we took a bicycle tour, yes, these come with the house!

We stayed 4th of July week. Service was excellent ! They accomodated all of our request. The kids had so much fun, especially at the kids club. The resort always had fun activities planned. Definitely worth the price. Our kids remembered this vacation the most.

Given the price point of the Rosewood Mayakoba, it was an extremely disappointing experience, especially in terms of food and service. The setting of the property within Mayakoba is beautiful, but every single dining experience was subpar in terms of the quality of food, consistency of the service, and ambiance of the restaurant, and yet the prices for each dish are astronomical. It feels as though nothing at the resort has been upgraded in years, and as if they have no idea how to staff or train their teams.

We chose this hotel as we attended the golf school (with Diego at Jim McLean who was excellent!). It is a HUGE resort! So quite hard to get your bearings. Plus you need a golf buggy ride to get anywhere..We had a beach access room - nice to be so close, but actually beach was not very inviting and there are concrete barriers in the sea which made it look rather industrial. Beach also had a lot of plastic on it. Pools all seemed very small - the one near the gym was best for laps. Room was comfortable and despite being recently renovated felt shoddy in some places. The highlights here are the Zapote Bar - one of the best in the world. We had amazing drinks experiences with renowned mixologist Salvatore. Food here was our favourite too. Very fun communal dining experience at the garden restaurant. We went to the Thai restaurant at Banyan Tree which was just OK. The gyms were very inviting and very well equipped - all new machines and several Pelotons. The real standout are the staff here - truly exceptional, friendly, extremely high level of service and the best we have had in Mexico. Our assistant/.butler Walter was sensational. Housekeeping was amazing. They each worked hard to truly make this a home from home experience.

Our family recently stayed for one week at Rosewood Mayakoba. We went for Thanksgiving week and there were lots of festive theme dinners with delicious food and music. The service by the staff was exceptional- some of the best I have ever experienced in all my years of travelling. ( Including reception, concierge, waiters at restaurants, pool and beach attendants). It is an gated community with lush landscaping , lagoons and a beach. The setting is truly magical. Be sure to take the boat ride offered by the hotel that goes through the resort. My grandchildren loved the resort including the bicycles provided to all the guests, the complimentary beach equipment including a sail boat. The 1.5 hour snorkel trip was great too. We ate at all our meals at the hotel and Zapote was our favorite. Look into the meal plan that is not advertised but is reasonably priced. My son and his wife did the community dinner and said it was a highlight. At the beach and pools the staff come around with treats all day long. The snowballs are great too! The suites are fabulous and large with luxurious bedding. Housekeeping cleaned our suite to perfection 2x a day. There is a great spa with a sauna and steam area and a beautiful adult pool at the spa. Rosewood Mayakoba does everything first class! I want to thank our amazing butler- Gerry. He provided us with great service during our stay and had the best attitude. Be sure to download the app- to contact the butler. He will respond immediately. A resort that is that special does not just happen without the leadership of the General Manager- Daniel Scott and the Resort Manager- Christian. They are always present and very engaging with the guests. I loved talking with both of them. There is a reason Rosewood Mayakoba is rated 5 stars by Forbes Travel Guide. They have also won numerous awards including Travel and Leisure Worlds’ Best. Our whole family enjoyed our week at Mayakoba and look forward to coming back.
