Nice all inc. resort to have a good time with friends

Belle hotel, piscine, restaurant a la carte excellent et chambre spacieuse.
Par contre la plage pleine de sargasses et pas la plus jolie de playa del carmen.
Deçus du petit dejeuner peu varié
Enfin nous n’avons pas du tout apprécié le fait de donner une addition apres chaque repas ou chaque verre commandé dans un livret noir afin de laisser un pourboires.
Cela semble imposé et pas correct car All Inclusive!

Great resort, excellent and friendly staff and our 3 year old daughter loved the kids club. Those girls do a great job entertaining the kids.
Will definitely be coming back here next year.

Th grounds are nice and well kept. The kids club was great, lots of activities. 4 outdoor whirlpools which is nice.
The bad - those whirlpools weren’t heated in the evening. The beach area is very small and there are a lot or branches sticking out of the sand near the shore. Not ideal for kids to play there. Had to wait over 30 minutes to get into the breakfast buffet one day. Others days didn’t take more than 5 minutes. The pool restaurant service was very slow.

The beach is in bad condition due to erosion, lots of rocks and tree remnants due to the erosion. The staff is lovely but the checkin and room change was poorly organized

There were many activities to keep us active and having fun- ping pong, tennis, pickleball, boogie boards, swimming. It was a very family friendly resort.

The Staff is the best, always willing tho help, place very neat and confortable the only awful situation was that never found a reservation in a restaurant other that the main Palapa buffet, also they move us the last night to another bedroom, that part was Very inconvenient.

The resort is top notch! We just went 6 weeks ago and are going back with our 5year old in March. Everything about this resort is superb!!
