Amazing hotel! Especially the staff that make it so great, special shout out to pool bar staff and Yessica (think I have spelt correctly.) This hotel does not deserve any bad reviews. You are getting what you pay by for, great drinks and lovely food. Will be back.

Very disappointed. I did not do all-inclusive but had breakfast included. The breakfast was delicious but that is probably the only good thing I have to say. The bathroom was dirty when I arrived, and the facilities overall are super outdated. My aircon makes a really loud sound and is super filthy inside. The jacuzzi did not heath up. The Wi-Fi didn’t work the entire week despite complaining about this multiple times. I’ve had to spend all my 5G and buy more data on my phone. The showers by the pool didn’t work. The cleaners didn’t remove rubbish from the room, I had to ask for it to be removed. There are so many options and this is probably the worst I have been to which is really sad because it cost me nearly €300 per night. There are marks all over the wall and ceiling. I feel like I am in a 2-3 star and not a 4 star hotel. It’s not clean and everything seems to be broken. The breakfast is amazing but that’s not enough when everything else fails. I will be requesting a partial refund as this is not what I signed up for.

Spent 7 nights here after enjoying 5 nights last year. 1st Night was awful after being given a room on the side of the hotel overlooking a half derelict shopping centre and a few bins! The single beds in room 218 are on wheels so they float around the room every time you move on the bed! The room was also smaller then the one we'd had previously. After a sleepless night, we complained at reception and , to be fair, we were given another room. Much better and bigger and without the floating beds!! That said, I don't consider 2 single beds shoved together to be a "double bed". 2 Single beds made up individually are just that. The food in the buffet restaurant is very nice with lots of choice for meat eaters, a little less choice for veggies. Didn't Understand the 2 evening sittings as they appear to merge in to one! Nice Pools with plenty of beds even after the usual doughnuts sneak out with towels to reserve them........Why do people do that??? We didn't use the Lobby bar as the entertainment looked rubbish but we did use the pool bar daily and the sunset rooftop bar regularly. Enjoyed both of these although the spirit drinks are very strong. There's a Naturist bathing area next to the sunset bar, It's screened off to keep things decent for the rest of us.

Pasamos más que una semana en este hotel, habitaciones correctas, nos tocaron vistas a un centro comercial antiguo con mucho ruido y música por las noches, situado cerca de la playa pero en una zona que es imposible aparcar el coche, todos los días estuvimos dedicando mucho tiempo para poder aparcar, además la policía multa con frecuencia así que debes aparcar el coche bien … Lo más fuerte de este hotel es la zona de los jacuzzis en la planta 9 con las vistas a las dunas y los masajes- la chica muy agradable, trabaja bien y es bastante bien de precio. Lo más que se debería mejorar el la parte de entrenamiento nocturno, no solo nosotros, casi nadie estaba viendo los conciertos.

Este hotel frente a la playa es el lugar ideal para desconectar y disfrutar de unas vacaciones junto al mar. Su ubicación permite a los huéspedes sumergirse en la naturaleza desde el primer momento. Despertar con el sonido de las olas y tener la arena a pocos pasos hace que cada día empiece con una nota de serenidad. Una de las joyas del hotel son los jacuzzis en la terraza de arriba. Imagínate relajarte en un jacuzzi caliente, con la brisa marina acariciándote el rostro y una vista impresionante del océano extendiéndose hasta donde alcanza la vista. Este espacio ofrece una combinación perfecta de lujo y naturaleza, ideal para relajarse después de un día de sol y mar. El ambiente del hotel es acogedor y elegante, con un personal amable que se asegura de que cada detalle de tu estancia sea perfecto.

Positiv: Gute Lage, Themengestaltete Abendessen, grosses Zimmer. Negativ: Aussicht, Service von den Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption, Whirlpool funktionierte nicht korrekt und war sehr schmutzig und es kam grünes Zeug aus den Düsen. Auch nach dem Reinigen von einem Service Mitarbeitenden kam nach einem Tag wieder so grünes Zeug aus den Düsen, welche nie liefen! Es war nicht möglich, den Whirlpool zu benutzen! Wir sind nun in Kontakt mit Booking, da das Hotel vor Ort überhaupt nicht entgegenkommend war! Wir hätten erwartet, dass es nachhaltig gelöst wird oder wir ein anderes Zimmer erhalten. Auch Aussagen von den Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption bez. die Jet-Düsen sind nicht aktiv, da es unseren Gästen sonst ins Gesicht spritzt. Zu -＞ Service Techniker selbst vor Ort auf dem Balkon vom Zimmer sagt, nein, das stimmt so nicht, Sie sind nicht aktiv, da es sonst den Schlauch verjagt und so Wasser aus dem Whirlpool fliessen würde. Die Dusche war auch überhaupt nicht sauber. Alles in allem, Gran Canaria ist generell an diesem Standort in die Jahre gekommen, gehen das nächste Mal wieder nach Teneriffa, ist viel schöner! In dieses Hotel hier würde ich nie mehr einen Fuss hineinsetzen, auch nicht kostenlos!

El hotel es una locura, tiene unas vistas al mar impresionante, además del trato al cliente, tuve un problema y el director me ayudó mucho, el buffet muy bonito y delicioso, el hotel es una herramienta para descansar y relajarse con el spa, volveré otra vez

Me alojé en el Hotel Suit Playa del Ingles durante una semana y la experiencia fue inigualable. La ubicación es simplemente perfecta: a pocos pasos de la playa, lo que permite disfrutar de vistas impresionantes del océano desde casi todas las habitaciones. Las instalaciones son modernas y están impecablemente mantenidas. La habitación era espaciosa, cómoda y decorada con buen gusto, proporcionando un ambiente relajante ideal para unas vacaciones. El personal del hotel es otro punto fuerte; todos fueron increíblemente amables y serviciales, siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. La calidad de la comida en el restaurante del hotel fue excepcional, con una variedad de opciones frescas y deliciosas que satisfacían todos los gustos.

El Hotel Suit Playa del Inglés es una excelente opción para quienes buscan disfrutar de una estancia cómoda y relajante en Gran Canaria. Ubicado a pocos pasos de la playa, este hotel ofrece una combinación perfecta de comodidad moderna y el encanto de la costa española. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, bien equipadas y muchas de ellas ofrecen vistas impresionantes al mar. La limpieza es impecable, lo que añade un plus a la sensación de confort. El personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, asegurándose de que los huéspedes se sientan bienvenidos y atendidos.
