Front office and services staffs can be more pleasant.
Not sure if they understaff or tired . But they sometimes they not friendly. The guy who checked us in very nice but rest of stay, we don’t received friendly attitudes from the service nor front office staffs . The housekeeping lady so much helpful. The hotel are decent.

Very nice hotel with all of the amenieties needed for a calm and relaxing stay. Ste staff was very polite and helpful, the restaurant offered variety of food choices and a lot of extras like the ice cream machine. We enjoed the swimming pools, especially the one placed higher - it was sunny until the sunset and the bar next by was a really nice touch. Rooms are spacious and organized very well. Animation team was amazing and we ended up going for the evening show most of the evenings we had at this hotel. I will definitelly come back.

To start on the positive, the beds and pillows are super comfy and the hotel is clean. The food was acceptable, especially considering the amount of different nationalities they cater for. Not so good.....they claim the pool is heated, which is totally untrue. It is freezing! The children's pool is like an ice bath as well. The waiters in the restaurant are downright rude and really should work in hospitality and in general the same applies to the bar staff, with the exception of Araceli and Jonathon who were exceptional. The rest couldn't even manage a smile. All in all we still had a good holiday but we won't be returning to this hotel.

Spent the past week here with family not knowing what to expect. And suffice to say our expectations have been more than exceeded, largely down the the enthusiasm and warmth of the entertainment crew (not to say the restaurant and hotel staff aren’t also incredibly helpful and friendly) I can’t help but reserve special praise for Daniele and Juanky, Daniele is fantastic with the children, taking care to make sure individually they feel special, and Juanky’s infectious enthusiasm and energy throughout the week has helped make our holiday so special and guarantees to ensure everybody has a good time and feels involved. Can’t recommend enough

Great hotel, great all inclusive options ( food and drink !) and overall great holiday. A special shout out to Juanky who helped make our holiday!!! A great week spent in the sun. Would highly recommend this hotel and all it has to offer ☀️ ☀️☀️☀️☀️

We are currently staying at Barcelo Margaritas I must say, the experience is outstanding, largely thanks to their incredible entertainment team. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel welcome and ensure we are always having a great time. Their energy and enthusiasm is infectious, creating a fun and lively atmosphere throughout our stay. A massive shout out to Juanky for all of his work.

A really nice relaxing holiday. All the entertainment guys were really friendly and made us feel very welcome. Especially Juanky, this guy was so funny and full of energy all the time. His classes were so much fun to watch and when I was finally convinced to join in with his aqua fit dance class it was even more fun. Can't fault this guy at all. Great holiday.

Perfect hotel for a couples or families. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Very high standard. Buffet has a range of food which is different everyday. The entertainment team especially juanky were amazing and made the days around the pool very entertaining and fun 😁. Lots of to in the surrounding area and around a 25 minute walk to the centre of playa del ingles and the amazing dunes. Have loved our stay here .

Lovely stay and great staff! Great improvement🫶 Big thanks to Yordani who was nice superb bartender with great smile and his Daiquiri is the best ❤️ ! Animation team so good especially Marysia as she always was around with her daily activities 🫶☺️ Thank you!
