FIRST CLASS this hotel is excellent nothing is too much for the staff. The place is spotlessly clean. Good excellent fresh hot and a great variety. Between the housekeeping staff reception and bar and restaurant staff are all excellent. Already booking to coke back next year. Location is great and on the flat. Would totally highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely clean hotel in a great location. Food was good and staff very friendly. Pool and sun loungers excellent. Room had everything we needed and wonderful view from the balcony. Entertainment every evening. Our 2nd visit to this hotel and hopefully not our last. Thank you for a geat holiday.

Great hotel,very clean and modern.excellent position ,bus stop outside , promenade and shops a few minutes walk away. Sunbeds always available and the biggest I have ever seen.! Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent choice of food but not everything named clearly so as we are vegetarian we had to keep checking it contained no meat or fish. Would definitely return.

This is my 2nd visit to this hotel and it never fails to amaze me staff are just so friendly and entertaining lots of day games to get involved in. Fashion shows during the day. The hotel is very clean with nice new lifts. The house keeping staff are very helpful always busy cleaning. The restaurant food is just loverly. Lunch menu the crispy chicken with fries is dam tasty I ordered it 5 times during my stay. So a big thank you for a wonderful 10 day hoilday. Kind Regards Jonathan Boyd

The Hotel is really nice and modern. The first thing I noticed was how nice and fresh it smelt when you walk in which was a great sign and first impression. It has everything you could ask for. And the staff, well, they were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Some of the dining room staff even grouped around for photos on our last day. They all asked us to come back soon. All round lovely hotel and staff. Can't fault it - I would definitely recommend and I will be going back for another stay

We actually stayed at this hotel December 2022. My review was not approved by TripAdvisor due to sensitive remarks I made about the food. The staff work hard to make the hotel a pleasant place to stay on holiday. I can not fault any of the staff who work there, except the manager. The facilities are good and well maintained. I know I am writing from my perspective, but I can only tell it as I experienced it. Due to certain issues with the food there, I spoke to the manager on three occasions. He dismissed my concerns on every occasion. He made excuses that I know were not real. A woman from near Frankfurt and my wife both had the same issues as I had. We were all dismissed and told we were not accustomed to the spices in the food. Actually, I found the food bland and mediocre. I am used to eating very spicy food. The food in the hotel is in my opinion anything but spicy. Had my wife and I been dealt with more sympathetically, We would be giving the Caserio a much better rating. Will we be returning? No. We just returned from Gran Canaria but we used a different hotel. We had absolutely no issues with their food and had an excellent holiday.

We had a beautiful week at Hotel Caserío! We were so lucky with the beautiful sunshine, from arriving and having a glass of complimentary Cava. Check in was quick and easy and our room was beautiful, we were on the first floor which was super convenient! A huge bed and a beautiful big balcony! Only downside was we had a huge TV in the Room however it didn’t work and apparently a lot of peoples didn’t either. The food was lovely, breakfast was absolutely amazing probably best I’ve ever had in a hotel along with dinner at night was yummy! It was nice to have themed evenings so you didn’t have the same food every night! The staff are all friendly, helpful and very personable which makes a big difference. The pool area is beautiful, could always get a Sunbed even at 10am! The Spar shop across the way came in super handy and was such good value to keep topped up on water, drinks and a snack if needed. Over all a lovely holiday as a couple. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families it’s definitely a more relaxed vibe and not much to keep children busy! Would highly recommend it.

This was our second visit to the hotel we had a nice time again ,The hotel is very clean and we found the food very good as last year .The staff are pleasant and clean the rooms to a good standard although our room we had a problem with the shower leaking onto the floor ,and paintwork damaged with water but we kept the room as it was a Quiet Room which I needed recovering from illness , The restaurant is very well managed by Alexis who is a wonderful character and who keeps everyone happy ,We found most of staff very pleasant but on arrival this time were not offered a welcome drink as last year and when I enquired about the room I was in if it was quiet area of hotel did not receive an answer but more of a grin from the gentleman which I found unhelpful ,Don’t however let this deter you as I would return to this hotel as overall its standard are high .

This hotel is fantastic. Clean, maintained. Staff is not just friendly, if they are not smiling they have a lingering happy face the whole time. Rooms are clean, up to date, cleaned every day and I have never seen such a big tv mounted on the wall in a hotelroom :) The pool area is so nice and clean. It was fantastic waking up at 7.00 and seeing the area being cleaned, all of it. Showers , benches, the pool itself, floors and handrails. Now to the food. Breakfast buffe wow, everything you could possibly want. If I wanted Continental breakfast it's there, fruit, all kinds of bread and yogurt and even donuts and cakes. Dinner was amazing, it's different between days but you always get vegetables. Sometimes mexican, then italian chinese. But always somekind of meat if you are not in the mood for something special. Ohh and every night there is entertainment, live music, live dancing etc. This is not an experience I will forget anytime soon.
