Days Inn by Wyndham Pleasant Prairie Kenosha

I was here with my family and it served it's purpose. The mall was nearby and close enough to 6 flags to stop there for a day. We went nearby to the beach and went to a lot of nearby restaurants. Our entire stay was great. I do want to mention the staff being very friendly and the housekeepers do a very good job at cleaning the hotel. We had great sleep which made the entire stay overall pretty enjoyable. Will recommend to anyone booking with their family!

The hotel was a little run down, but by far the biggest problem was the smell of cigarettes. The property was supposed to be smoke free, and it wasn’t just a lingering smell, it was strong. The bathroom fan seemed to pull the smell in. I’m guessing there was a room that allowed smoking or it was near an employee smoking area. The room was on the first floor and the windows had no screens or locks. It felt unsafe. The bedsheets had very large (hopefully bleach) stains on them. There was no facial tissue in the room. The toilet was not secured well to the floor and rocked a bit too. The tub had stains in it. I read other reviews that people paid $66 for the room, but I must have stayed on a busy weekend because I paid almost $200. Nearby hotels were booked solid and this one had no other rooms, otherwise I would have refused the room. I would never stay here again.

Very limited linens provided (1 washcloth when our reservation clearly indicated 2 adults) - scant amenities available as well. Friendly front desk staff but slow to respond when issues with TV reception were reported. Bathroom sink backed up even when water was barely running - toilet tank shifted every time anyone sat on the seat

The room smelled bad. The bathroom is tiny and was not clean. They gave us 2 bath towels, no hand towels and no washcloths for a reservation for 4 people. There were drip stains on the bathroom floor in front of the toilet, we hoped that was water. The beds were mushy and we all felt bites from tiny somethings.

Seemed a trifle run down, but not seriously so. Continental breakfast so so. Semi-tractor trailer parking is excellent which was important rhis trip.

Very noisy! Sounded like the people on floor above us were going to fall through the roof! Running back and forth all night!!

I got charged 40 dollar because they said there was a stain on the pillow and said they would send me a picture through email never received it. Called back and said they where gonna talk to i don’t know who and they will get back to me. That’s ridiculous 40 dollars for a stain they claim was left there. They might as well tell all their customers to not wear any make up or be very careful because they will charge you 40 for supposedly a stain!

The entire hotel smells like cigarettes, the hallways are musty and there are flys everywhere.

They offer a great breakfast selection in the morning and have laundry and a small fitness center on site! The staff is friendly and welcoming and the housekeeping does a great job keeping the rooms and hotel clean! The rooms are big and spacious and have a mini fridge and microwave which makes your stay a bit easier! They have probably one of the comfiest beds I've been in! 10/10 would recommend.
