A nice hotel for short stay. A minor hiccup at the counter as the key given for the room cannot be unlock. Then we went down to the receptiob for an exchange and the sane thing happened. At last, she decided to just change a new room and key for us.

cleanliness is soso, bedsheets, towels and blankets were washed with perfumed scented detergent. Noticeable small stains were seen but it was mostly due to age so it was acceptable. However the toilet bowl had stains in it which was quite disgusting 😅
location was good as it was close to many food stores and coffee shops.
Parking was okay as there were many lots (for singaporeans who drive in). but be careful not to park at certain lots which required you to pay.
Staff was friendly for the one who served me when i checked in didnt get her name but saw many reviews there were certain unfriendly staff which im thankful i didnt kena 😅
Overall the hotel was worthed the price paid for a night stay!
just a little far from the customs 🫤
for mummies with babies theres a shop nearby where you can shop for your kids!

I am okay with the hotel environment although the location is quite far away from the centre of city but the price is attractive.☺️

BEST HOTEL TO STAY!! 🤍
if you feel like me time, you can go to this hotel!
The hotel is clean and comfortable for a longer stay.
Muslim food is a bit hard to find around the hotel but that's okay I have foodpanda 😅
an iron kettle is available at the reception
have coway on all floors but the 2nd floor is damaged.
check-in: 2 pm
check out: 12pm
extended check-out time: 1 hour for RM15

Request to cancel booking but got no response. Did contact both trip.com & hotel, both are blaming each other and the response still pending.
Decided to checked in since I got no response where Ive been waiting for 2 days cuz i knew i wont get any refund. Suddenly few moment after I checked in, they responded to my cancellation request by saying that I already checked in there.
Hahaha took so much time to process my cancellation but after checked in, they able to reject my cancellation on the spot 😀
First thing I saw when I opened the door is cockroaches huhu

Cosy but the toilet was a little clogged up. Nice for a short stopover and within driving distance to big shopping malls and Woodlands checkpoint.
