Booked with ******* and Was moved to this hotel, after a terrible experience at another one close by. Beautiful room super clean. Nice staff and had a good morning breakfast.

Location is convenient for interstate access, dining and shopping. Bed was uncomfortable and a bit noisy.

Check in was fast, service courteous. Room, clean. Internet was very spotty in my section of the hotel and was a big worry because I had to attend a 2-hour class via zoom. This class was mandatory and expensive, and is the reason I stayed in Plover overnight instead of making the 3.5-hour drive back home. My phone was never able to hook up to the Internet (iPhone 13 Pro Max). Also, the bathroom sink was VERY slow to drain. Other than that, a good stay. Thanks.

Pros: .very friendly staff .located in a good area Cons: .our room had a mild ant infestation in the bathroom .the pillows are very uncomfortable .the pool and hot tub were loaded so heavily with chlorine it would start to burn our eyes after light exposure and would hurt our skin even after drying off

We arrived 15 minutes before check in and were given keys to our king room. Upon entering our room we found that it was already occupied by someone else. We went back to the desk and were told they would upgrade us to a hot tub suite and gave us new keys. Upon entering that room it was actually a downgrade to queen bed so we went back to front desk again and were told that room is actually out of order and a hotel employee was living in the room we were supposed to have and they are sold out. We had the option to get a refund, but we needed the room for the weekend so we waited while they took over an hour to move the employee's things out of our room and have it cleaned. The bed was very comfortable, but the shower was kind of dirty with hard water stains on the walls. Pool was warm hot tub worked properly, but look run down. Breakfast was the typical sausage and eggs for warm food. There was a pancake maker that wasn't working properly too. Overall it was not a good experience.

Liked how it was decorated, floor type, carpet, blind, bathroom, furniture. Downside, two dirty towels left on the counter by the vanity mirror area, and a opened, used soap bar

Smelled like poop in the pool area. The hot tub didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a while. Light bulb was burnt out in room. Overall good for the price.

Convenient to our needs, friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Room was a little dusty. Breakfast was small but nice.

Nice black out curtains, bedding and Dove products. The faucet of the shower leaking and tub drain slow to empty.
