I stayed 1 night and it was ok for that but would have asked to switch rooms if any longer. Toilet and shower both barely worked. No mattress pad on the bed and the mattress had a big blood stain on it. I slept on the opposite side of the bed. Breakfast was decent normal hotel food. Pool was closed for maintenance so can’t rate that.

We did have a bad experience with our room but the staff quickly switched us to another room. The place is a little run down and some things you would expect to have - like an alarm clock aren’t in the room. One of the jacuzzi worked on and off and mostly off. The water was slightly warm in the pool. Morning breakfast was good. Over all not a bad stay but suitable for what we paid.

Our neighbors were very noisy and running around till late. No towels in pool areas. Had to ask for cups and milk at breakfast while the staff was too busy on phone. Pool area not clean.

Room had a very odd smell to it.
Bathroom faucet was leaking so there was water all over the counter. Toilet was leaking so water on the floor next to the tub.
You could tell the there was other leakage in other areas. The door frame next to the bathtub was rusted.

The staff is always helpful and friendly, the room wasn’t terrible, but definitely needed more cleaning! It was very dusty and table tops hadn’t been wiped off!

The reservation host was wonderful and kind. Breakfast was good. The place needs a major cleaning from the rooms, bathroom, halls… elevator. I want to like this place but someone needs to start scrubbing. I’m sorry- I won’t return

Terrible. Paint messes everywhere. Paint peeling all over. No personnel around after 9. Couldn't find help to deal with MANY annoying kids running around and being loud until almost 2am. Will never spend another night in a country inn and suites. They have lost any chance of getting a dollar from me.
