I would avoid this company. I had been staying for work, my wife suffered a seizure and the company agreed in the circumstances to refund my £60 booking fee. Despite constantly chasing and raising a complaint directly with the company I have not received a refund (or response) and so am taking steps to recover the monies in the county court. I stay twice a month in Plymouth for work and have now found alternative hotel accommodation. Safe to say this really poor experience means I won’t be using or recommending this company going forward.

We stayed at the white lane gallery apartment over the last few days. The apartment itself was lovely, clean, comfortable and well equipped, the location couldn’t have been better and being pet friendly is the icing on the cake. The problem though was the people staying in the adjacent apartment (pottery) which backed onto one of our bedrooms. On our first night they were making a lot of noise, arguing, banging, shouting and screaming from around 21:30 until 05:00!?!? I tried to call the office the next morning, left a message but never received a call back. The “emergency” contact on the poster inside the door to the apartment answered but advised that he no longer looked after the building. Armed with ear plugs we resigned ourselves to round 2 on the 2nd night, although there was some noise, it wasn’t as bad or for as long and we managed to get a decent nights sleep. Overall a lovely stay and place to call home for a few days but spoilt by inconsiderate neighbours and a complete lack of support from the team that manage these lets.
