The hotel is very clean and well decorated , excellent staff who are very friendly . The breakfast is also very good

Amazing breakfast l, wonderful and cheerful staff. The rooms are spot on and I always glad to stay there, I don't even think another place to stay when I'm in Plymouth.

The Drake Hotel was a wonderful hotel! Great location! It felt like we were stepping back in time and loved it! Breakfast in the morning was yummy and lots of options! Staff was so nice and was willing to go out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.
Only reason for not giving 5 stars across the board was that there was no lift to help get our luggage up to our room. Staff was more then willing to help which we appreciated.
Would stay here again!

It's our second visit in the past month to Plymouth and we booked The Drake again because we absolutely loved our stay before. Breakfast is the best. Friendly staff and clean. We will be back soon again

Great hotel central to everything. Great Receptionist so friendly and nice. Delicious cooked breakfast. Only slight negative our shower wasn’t the best. The pressure is very limited. But that won’t deter us from back. We loved our short stay

A very friendly hotel. Staff were frendly , professional and were always ready to help. Room was clean and catered for our needs . Would highly reccomend the Drake hotel. Thankyou for a comfortable stay at your hotel.

The room was clean as was the bathroom. Overall, it was very nice. I was able to hear another room flush and some other low noises, nothing major.
The breakfast was also very good.

This property, which is clean and offers a lovely breakfast is made outstanding by the quality and service of the staff. They are warm, friendly and welcoming.
