TownePlace Suites Pocatello

Nice place! Very clean. Good location and breakfast was good. The water was not hot. It was a little bit more than lukewarm. My sisters room had the same problem a floor above us. But other than that everything was nice.

I had to leave before breakfast. Kaylee put together a sack breakfast for me to pickup. Everything I could have wanted. Thanks for the extra above and beyond service.

Amazing check in experience. Staff was friendly, made recommendations for dinner. Included places that offer 10% off meal when you show your hotel key. Nice rooms, very comfortable and clean.

Convenient to a great restaurant, easy access to in & out with a pet. Room condition, mainly the bathroom was poor. Large cracked toilet bowl which appeared glued. Hair Conditioner & Body Shampoo broken off wall. Carpet, floor & dishes dirty

Could use some love…little things like a hook missing from the door and no luggage stand. Staff was wonderful, friendly & helpful. Recycle!!!

I like the shampoo and conditioner. It was nice to have a kitchenette. The beds could be more comfortable. Pillows were good. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly

Very nice hotel with great amenities (including gym, free breakfast and cookies at the front desk!) and super friendly service. Convenient and walkable to restaurants. Enjoyed sitting on the patio for breakfast. Great value for money!

The hotel team, from front desk, to housekeeping, to maintenance was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating! Unfortunately, the upkeep, cleanliness, and attention to detail were not on par with what I've come to expect from Marriott. It wasn't terrible, just more like what you might expect from less reputable chains. For example, the bottom of the bathtub was stained gray and the corners of the shower had mildew and buildup. There were no luggage racks in the closets, so we put our suitcases on the floor and there was no bedding for the sofa bed, so we had to call for some at a late hour (which the wonderful night clerk delivered quickly and cheerfully). Again, no egregious flaws, just not the attention to detail that I'm accustomed to at Marriott and similarly priced properties.
