我定的家庭房，套間，房間很大，床也很大，舒服，乾淨，設施齊全，服務也很好，早餐品種不多，但也一應俱全了，品質很好，服務貼心，總之體驗感很好。

An oasis after our 10 day trek. Front desk people were welcoming, helpful, and overall amazing! The hotel manager was very helpful in organizing a car for a day trip for us at a reasonable rate. Rooms were clean and comfortable and had cold air!

Hotel was so clean and room with balcony is a perfect , breakfast was so delicious , positive ambience, fresh and new property , receptionist was so humble allow us to store our luggage 🧳. Security was so helpful. Right location near lake side . Very best then other 4 star hotels.

Had a wonderful stay in the Hotel Hidden Kingdom in Pakhora. The rooms are finished to such a high standard, clean and comfortable, with a lovely en suite. There are beautiful views to enjoy from the balcony with some (prompt) room service or drinks up on the roof terrace. The staff is brilliant. They are endlessly helpful, speak English very well, are patient and always welcoming with a smile. Nothing is too much trouble. The food is delicious, I can highly recommend both breakfast, always perfect, and an evening meal. Great chefs & staff again. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the lake & shops & restaurants so ideally situated for our trip. An absolutely lovely stay, thank you again.

Best hotel with very good accommodation. Nice place to stay at reasonable price with the top services. You can get the great view of peace stupa and hills from your bedroom. They also provide transportation for pickups and drops and also for sightseeing. Awesome place !!!!!!

Excellent stay,Clean and cozy rooms,Family environment feels like home.Staffs were very polite .Food was delicious.The mountain view was great from the rooftop.Spa service was very good.They do satisfying massage.I will visit this hotel again.

Superb hotel,excellent view,top class servicing,mind blowing environment.A beautiful hotel staff very friendly n helpful .Breakfast buffet really nice lots of choice .Had an evening meal,for such a large hotel prices very reasonable.highly recommend once you must visit.

Stayed for few nights.The rooms were very clean and tidy.Every aspect of our stay exceeded the room services were nice. The view from the hotel is beautiful . We all the family members see the sunrise view from the hotel. The hotel environment feels like home . The hotel members treat us like family members . We really enjoyed the meal there . I'm gonna visit this hotel again . Thank you for your services.

Very beautiful mountain view.The rooms are clean and cozy.Our family had a very good time there.Staff were incredibly friendly and accomadating making us feel like home.The environmental was nice.The food we eat there was delicious.The service of the hotel is excellent.
