This is by far the best resort in Nepal/Pokhara and their incomparably breathtaking views of the Annapurna range and Fishtail are just the tip of the iceberg. The resort is run by the warmest family I have ever come across and they are beyond helpful. Sit with them and ask them of their story if you can. It is fascinating. The food, the view, the stay, the room, everything was extraordinarily magical. And the place is pretty affordable too. 100/100 recommend. Don't miss the sunrise or sunset from this property.

Needed a place to stay, as it’s Tahir festival, so I had one night that my regular hotel didn’t have a room for me. So headed out of Lake Side Pokhara. Drive up was smooth, nice new car very comfortable. When you get close, you have a short walk either from where the parking or along a small paved track. Do that one, great views, nice flowers, folks and goats along the way. Main building of the resort is lovely. Nicely decorated, comfortable seating, great views and a nice terrace area. In fact all of the public spaces are great. Clean, green with views. Room was a good size , a double & a single, the only room left when I booked. Very clean. Very comfortable bed. No, I’m not like Goldilocks, so that was the double that was comfortable 😂 Hot water in shower. WiFi in room was ok, much better in the Main Building, 4G also available in the room. Food, had dinner and breakfast there were good. Tasty and good portion sizes. Staff were friendly and attentive. The views, if the mist and clouds weren’t low they would have been great. Shame it was a misty day. Would definitely stay there again.

The resort is on top of a hill and from our room we can see the Annapurna and the Machapuchare. Leaving the dinning room, from the terrace, we can see the entire Himalayas, the city of Pokhara and its lake. It is a very quiet resort and the staff are very friendly

The location is amazing! Hosts are even better, took care of us like their own family. Great food! We stayed here for 3 nights, went hiking, played football and enjoyed a bonfire! The rooms are very spacious and have everything one may need. Linen was spotless and bathrooms are clean.

Full view of the Annapurna range in a relaxed and quiet setting (full mountain views from the rooms as well). Wonderfully warm family run lodge, delicious food, easy pickup and drop off from the nearby Pokhara international airport. I’m so happy that good fortune brought me here a second time! Home grown tea; the momos (dumplings) and tongba (home made millet beer) are a must. Just down the road from the better known Sarangkot to this little slice of heaven.

I came up from Australia to visit a childhood friend of mine who is in a Master’s program in Katmandu. He had stayed here last year with a friend and suggested that we spend a few days here. I was overwhelmed by the amazing hospitality, wonderful food and gracious hosts. The view of the Himalayas is stunning! Right out of National Geographic! It’s absolutely worth the effort to spend time here!

The resort is a little far from Pokhara, so you'll need to plan your travel from the airport, but the resort does offer transportation. The location is amazing, with stunning views of the Himalayas from both the cabins and the outdoor areas. You can enjoy watching the sunrise from special spots there. I’d definitely go back if I’m ever in the area again.

Club ES earned my exceptional rating during my 6-day Nepal tour, standing out as the best place I stayed. Nestled in the remote village of Kaskikot, an hour drive from the bustling Pokhara city (They also have pickup & drop service), this small resort, managed by the only Sherpa family in the area, provided an unforgettable one-night and two-day experience. The owner, a seasoned mountain guide who has summited Everest and Annapurna I, adds a unique touch. While our expectations for facilities were modest, we were pleasantly surprised to find almost all essentials, including hot showers, an electric kettle, soap, room heater, and complimentary tea and coffee. The cozy rooms, situated in Tibetan-style huts, offer a breathtaking panoramic view of the Himalayas. Having trekked in the region before, I can vouch for the uniqueness of this vista. What sets Club ES apart is its authenticity; the family operates the resort entirely by themselves, creating a homely atmosphere. The absence of outside staff enhances the genuine experience. Even their pet dog, Pappu, contributes to the welcoming ambiance. The fresh, garden-sourced vegetarian meals surpassed our expectations. While there's no TV in the rooms, well-built hiking routes from the resort provide great options for early-morning hikes. It's important to note that Club ES caters to those seeking authenticity rather than luxury. If you're expecting jacuzzis, swimming pools, and staff with constant artificial smiles, this may not be the ideal choice for you.
