My family and I returned to Villa Alina in Polanica-Zdrój for our second visit, and we are absolutely delighted by this place. It truly epitomizes thoughtful luxury, where every detail is designed to ensure the best possible stay for guests. The villa is ideally located close to nature and the town center, yet it remains secluded enough to escape the hustle and bustle of the main street. The rooms at Villa Alina are spacious and well-equipped with essential amenities, including a mini kitchen and fridge, making it possible to prepare and enjoy a meal on the balcony overlooking beautiful scenery. The interiors, with stunning views of the chess park, are designed for comfort and aesthetics. One of the highlights of Villa Alina is its wellness area—beautiful, harmonious, and intimate. The outdoor relaxation area is shielded and illuminated at night, creating perfect conditions for evening relaxation with a drink while enjoying the view of the park. The breakfasts served in the orangery are exceptionally tasty, fresh, and varied. The service at the hotel is top-notch—always friendly, helpful, and professional, which is particularly important when traveling with children. The staff have a wonderful approach to the youngest guests, making every need noticed and met. An additional benefit is the well-equipped gym, allowing for various workouts, not just aerobic ones. The spa treatments are professionally conducted, and their quality always impresses. Villa Alina is a place we eagerly look forward to returning to. It is a true gem among the spa offerings in Polanica-Zdrój, perfect for families, couples, and anyone looking for luxury in peace and harmony with nature.

I regret to inform you that my stay at Villa Alina, initially anticipated to be pleasant, was unequivocally disappointing due to the subpar conditions and lack of adequate services encountered. Upon arrival, it became evident that the room allocated was in an unacceptable state, with cleanliness significantly below standard. The bed, intended for two persons, was a substandard, foldable unit, marked by dust and scratches. Despite multiple requests for cleaning, the room continued to harbor dirt, with cleaning services only superficially arranging bedding and attending to visible sections of the floor. The bathroom was equally unsatisfactory, with dust layers enveloping the shower top and cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. The radiator was conspicuously unclean, covered in sticky residue. Additionally, the SPA area was devoid of supervision, lacking essential safety features such as alarm bells in the saunas, posing significant risks to guests. The absence of monitoring has also led to the contamination of saunas by guests. Despite raising this concern with other guests and staff, no corrective actions were undertaken. I was informed that due to staffing constraints, proper supervision could not be ensured, with only a promise made to reinforce already visible sauna regulations. Regrettably, I contracted a skin condition during my stay, necessitating medical consultation with a dermatologist. Despite lodging a formal complaint regarding the aforementioned issues, I have yet to receive any acknowledgment or response from Villa Alina's management. Given these distressing experiences, I find myself compelled to advise against any future stays at Villa Alina, and I seek immediate redressal for the grievances mentioned above.
