I have travelled all over the world and in India but never got such terrible trea**ent by the night ***ager as I did in this resort. The ***ager insisted I pay in full ($850) at the time of check-in. Who does that! I usually keep my credit card on file. I was shocked and I felt trapped. I had no option to question the value of the room/service or to change my travel plans if I wished to do so. The night ***ager took advantage of me and my niece. The room was good. However all other aspects of the resort were not -- buffet was not clean, no glasses, no coffee, poor service, passable food, pool was too small for the number of guests in the resort. It is definitely not worth the value of what I paid for. I was so looking forward to staying for ***y days, given the brand name of Radisson, but I was not at all satisfied with the value of what I got here.
