Sao Miguel is an amazing place and the Antillia hotel was an excellent base for our explorations of the island. Restaurants, museums,the harbor, other meeting points were all walkable. Also, breakfasts were great - very good value.

This place was really fantastic! The check-in is a bit late, but has a large waiting area on the 1st floor with plenty of sofas. The pool bar is just around the corner where you can grab a bite and refreshment. Great place. I ll definitely stay there again.

The bed is firm, when you walk in you notice a small pillow positioned on the bed, the normal pillows are located in the closet. The pillows are not great quality. You can pay for breakfast in their dining area but it was below average quality in our opinion, the mini apartment, and nearby shops made making breakfast easy. If you plan to swim at their pool you need to bring your own towel, we found this very strange. You need to bring a towel with you on this trip anyway if you plan to go to the hot springs/beach. The apartment had all of what we needed to make a nice breakfast. The AC worked well but oddly. One degree celsius difference was 10 degrees f different. Good location, 5 minute walk to the fruit/veg market. There is free parking but it is tight maneuvering in and out of the garage.

The hotel is situated three streets back from the port of Ponta Delgado. We had a one bed apartment. The view was mainly of a wall in small rectangular courtyard. The room sufficed for a weeks holiday with a small kitchenette, fridge and two ring hob. No oven but a microwave. There was crockery for four. It was twin beds not a double as needed. The sofa was not that comfortable and had no scatter cushions. The nice bathroom has a bath with a shower. Reception was well manned. The receptionists being pleasant at all times. There is an outside and large heated indoor pool. Both clean and usable. There is limited car parking space. Overall we had a pleasant stay. Handy as a base for the island.

This hotel was part of a flight/hotel package with Travelodeal. We were there as a couple the second week of May. This hotel is excellent! It is extremely clean and the staff very accommodating and helpful. For instance, one of us was sick when we arrived early in the morning and they accommodated us with a place to rest until our room was ready. The breakfast buffet is huge with options for everyone. It is the same items but the variety is so large you can create your own new breakfast each morning. If you are renting a car, the free parking is a blessing! We stayed in apartment 101 which had a living room, a kitchenette and a terrace with a table and chairs near the outdoor pool area which was really nice and convenient. There is an indoor and outdoor pool as well as a spa and many other amenities to spread out like a game room, restaurant and bar. The location of the hotel is off the beaten path and accessible by a short walk to all the highlights. We would come back and recommend it highly! Thank you Antillia Hotel team for a great stay!

The staff were exceptional and the room upkeep was superb. Only thing we would like would be an actual toaster. Apart from that excellent

The staff at front desk are excellent! The apartment room was great and well kept up with a kitchen for 4 with sea views. Housekeeping did a good job when required. Value for breakfast is excellent to start the day. Facilities of the pool, hottub, Turkish bath and sauna are well maintained and a nice relaxing finish to the day exploring. Onsite free parking is a bonus to rent a car and explore the island. Great restaurants within a10_15 min walk. Overall an A and we hope to be back.
