Breakfast was 10/10 Many option of food, and beverages. Room and bathroom 9/10 was very clean, memory foam matress topper and pillows, leaning was clean same for towels. The TV is a bit old an if you dont speak italian very hard to entertain yourself on rainy days, a small upgrade to a smart one will be a big difference. Staff 10/10 very lovely and mostly of them speak English and even the others if they dont speak very well they understand. Restaurant ?/10 and the terraced bar on top they look lovely but cant say something about them becouse we didn't dine in there due to the short stay. And the terraced sky bar with the jacuzzi's beeing close due to closing season, a bit upsetting but still can go there and get some lovely pictures with the statue, hill on the back and see at the front (one of the best views i seen). Spa ?/10 spa was closed same as the terrace, and also i haven't at least allow to see inside due to some maintenance. (I understand that, i doesn't bother me) Therapy and beauty 3/10 i havent use it myself but i wanted to surprise my partener with a beauty treatment. And becouse she's very sensitive and polite didn't want to speak about to much, but inside the tretment room was very cold, having a facial 90 min treatment she been coverd with a blanket, after 10 min she said she is still cold and the therapist just put another blanket on her. The product used they been good quality from what i understood the problem is the sponges used maybe they havent been washed properly by the therapist, or the her hands because she washed her hand after evrey treatment she applied, but during the treatment she was going out to smoke few times and didn't washed them after coming back causing my partner to get a herpes on the top lip very, uncomfortable experience with this. So,i definitely recommend staying here, and i will definitely come back in November for my next stylay, but only for the room, restaurant not for the beauty treatments that was very unpleasant. P.S. i do not have many pictures but i guarantee inside is looking grate as presented on picture. 2 building away they do some construction work but the guys working there they have not been lound or something to disturb us. We stay on second floor facing the site and it was alright. I will come back with more picture of the breakfast. Another 10 i would like to offer for providing bicycle's free of charge if you want to have a lovely and quick view of the Ponte Saso promanade and beaches.

The staff is really nice and warmhearted. Everybody was really doing it's best to make you feel good! The rooms are clean. And the Spa is tiny but nice. The breakfast could have been more of warm and salty food variety, but at the end I enjoyed it with a nice view at the beach.

Great place to stay as a couple and as a family. The food was excellent, the view from the terrace to the sea great, very friendly and helpful people around, clean sea, for myself best value for a end of summer week at the sea.

Hotel molto accogliente nuovo e con stanze grandi, mangiare buono, camerieri professionali e molto gentili,la spiaggia si trova a 20 MT dall'hotel con sabbia attrezzata, peccato solo che non ci sono docce gratuite neanche acqua fredda.

Prima volta in questo albergo trovato in internet, le recensioni positive ci hanno fatto decidere di prenotare e a fine vacanza possiamo dire di essere ampiamente soddisfatti soprattutto a partire dalla posizione proprio fronte mare. Buona la pulizia e ottimo il buffet della colazione con una vastissima scelta di torte e croissant, una soddisfacente proposta anche di cibi salati e infine frutta e succhi. Complimenti a Daniela che si occupa di gestire le ordinazioni per quanto riguarda la caffetteria perché è sempre prodiga di attenzioni e gentilezze e non ti fa mai mancare un sorriso! Molto cordiale tutto il personale alla reception, i camerieri e anche la signora che si occupa del riordino e pulizia delle camere al primo piano dove abbiamo alloggiato noi occupando una bella camera con vista fronte mare. Parcheggio in loco e spiaggia proprio di fronte all’hotel compresi in un pacchetto all inclusive che ti permette di non preoccuparti proprio più di niente una volta arrivati. Apprezzatissima inoltre la serata del giovedì con cena sulla terrazza, resterà un bellissimo ricordo sia per come è stata ben organizzata che per la vista magnifica offerta su tutto il litorale. Con il presupposto di voler aiutare a migliorarsi sempre di più, giusto due suggerimenti. Ampliare la varietà di alimenti offerti al buffet di pranzo e cena e un bicchiere in plastica sul lavandino per poter contenere spazzolini e dentifricio durante il soggiorno.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con un affaccio fantastico sul mar Adriatico la struttura è in ottime condizioni e il personale è fantastico molto cortese e gentile ottimo anche per il parcheggio la colazione fantastica sia il dolce che il salato Se ritornassi a Marotta tornerei di sicuro da loro ottima esperienza grazie a tutto lo staff

Albergo pulito. Stanze confortevoli e staff gentile e accogliente (avevamo con due bambini di cui uno neonato e sono stati tutti molto cortesi nel venire incontro alle nostre necessità) Ricca e di qualità la colazione. Da riprovare in alta stagione.
