Baymont by Wyndham Pooler/Savannah

Good hotel for a business trip. Clean room, helpful staff, and convenient location.

Excellent place...right where it needs to be.

Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The rooms were immaculately clean, and the quiet, relaxing atmosphere was perfect for a restful getaway. The staff’s professionalism and care were evident throughout our stay.

The room looked clean at first glance. However, when checking the bed we noticed that the pillows and bedsheets had stains on them. We’re not sure if they were changed from the previous guest. Since the phone in our room was not working I had walk down to the front desk to request for new pillows and bedsheets. Had to change them out ourselves. The carpet looked old and worn with stains. The bathroom had a faint smell of cigarette. The thermostat that controlled the A/C did not function properly as we could not lower or raise the temperature. The bed’s wooden headboard also had oily stains. Just an overall disappointing experience. This is the first time we stayed at Baymont and will avoid it in the future.

Clean room and helpful staff. We booked for the indoor pool and where a lot of people in the pool but worked out ok. Breakfast was good. Will come again when in the area.

The staff was great arrived late due to weather. Grounds were clean and inviting. Rooms were up to date and comfortable

Indoor pool was a big plus since we had kiddos traveling with us. The pool/seating area was outdated and some chairs uneven but it was fine for a quick swim. Room was clean, A/C working great. Beds a little uncomfortable. The floor to the shower looked a little dirty. The tiles on shower wall were uneven. Everything about the room and hotel worked though for what we needed it for. I would stay again based off price and convenience but would love to see it have a little bit of work done to it improve. Also the hallways on all floor levels smelled like ****.
