I am unsure if it’s the computer system but checking into the hotel took a long time. The AC did not work well in my room. The food in the restaurant is amazing and the staff is helpful. Very close to the airport. Overall, experience was good.

Thanks Servotel for your service during my last stay. Overall, recommend hotel based on location and front line staff support. The rooms here are a bit aged and might need a little refreshing (wish beds were a bit more firm). The location is great - directly across from airport - with good security and nicely groomed property. The restaurant and bar staff aim to please and service is good. However food delivery times can be a bit long (typically 45 - 60 minutes). Gym, pool area and common areas are available and ok.

I like the transportation which is very important to me. The property was safe convenient and overal good. I restaurant was inconsistent in their food my soup joumou this morning was a tad salty and my diri kolè was pretty hard

Toilet did not flush, no water from shower, cockroach in bathroom, safe didn’t work, AND cash was stolen!

Very convenient for me. It’s near the Airport. I usually stay at Marriott, but I feel safer at Servotel

Overall, I’m satisfied with my stay. Some furnitures and appliances need repair or replacement.

This is a great hotel near the airport I had an early morning flight to the province came in the night before had a great breakfast. Transportation was provided with security to the airport . Great food nice place to hangout by the pool

THE INTERNET WORKS VERY WELL THIS TIME IN MY ROOM AND AROUND THE PROPERTY...
THERE IS MARKET RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET... YOU WILL FIND MANY THINGS THAT YOU MIGHT NEED THERE...
INIVE, ONE OF THE WAITRESS AT THE RESTAURANT WAS FANTASTIC. SHE SAW ME AND RECOGNIZE ME AND REMEMBER EVERYTHING THAT I LIKE TO EAT AND DRINK. SHE SERVED US WITH A SMILE. VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL.. I WOULD RECOMMENT HER FOR A HIRE POSITION WITHIN THE COMPANY...
