Hemos estado genial en el hotel, la gente de recepción muy agradable. El agua de la piscina climatizada estaba muy fría y no nos pudimos bañar agusto

We stayed here in September as a family with our two year old daughter. Whilst the hotel and facilities were good and clean. The food fell way short of our expectations. On one evening we were served raw chicken at the buffet restaurant as you can see from the picture, this was not just undercooked but was completely raw. We highlighted this to the staff in the restaurant, and they walked away from us to speak to the chef, and only returned to remove my plate when they saw us taking photos of this. No apology was given this evening. The next morning, we tried the buffet restaurant again, and when we went to cut up our daughters sausage, this was also found to be raw. This is not the standard of food we expect for a 4* hotel. We raised this issue with the restaurant on both occasions, and no apology was provided nor any reassurance to the food standards and quality. Deeply dissatisfied with our holiday as a result, neither the hotel or package holiday company offered any sort of resolution.

Just returned from 7 nights at the Zafiro Tropic. We had a blast! Everything was perfect. Comfy, clean, well appointed suite, great pools, food was very good, staff extremely friendly and helpful. I was worried about the food because I’m gluten and dairy free, but I could always find something to eat at the buffet and the chiefs were very happy to check ingredients and provide me with little extras. We traveled with family and everyone agreed that it was a fab place. Entertainment did the kids was very good & evening entertainment for adults/family was very good too. Zero complaints. We have already rebooked for next year. Thank you to all of the staff who worked tirelessly to make it a great stay. We really felt like they cared about us having a great holiday.

The hotell was ok. We got a room with view in the back yard next to the dumpsters. Loudly street with dogs barking all day and evening. I eat everything that comes on my plate but decided to eat at the hotels restaurant. Expensive!! I was excited about all the food and took a little of everything….i have never tasted so bad food in my life (and this comes from a woman that eats rotten fish) realy horrible! Dont recommend eating there. I had to throw up when i came to my room. I get a bracelets when u arrive that uou use to pay at the hotell with. Be careful to take recites of everything u buy so you have controll because the hotell dont have controll. Thx

Very very nice hotel. The intertainment for the kids was so good and the young staff was so good and kind.

Perfect room for family of 4 Children aged 5 and 7 Excelling facilities and entertainment All staff went above and beyond for us. Really friendly and approachable All inclusive did not disappoint All food was delicious and choices were fantastic- but my kids just wanted to eat ice cream for each meal

Location is fantastic, a short walk to many bars,restaurants and shops. A short walk to an absolutely fantastic family safe beach. Stayed in a penthouse suite. Views were excellent from the roof terrace . Room regularly cleaned and towels replaced. Hot tub could have been slightly warmer . Internet connection was great. Pools were excellent. Kids pool was definately heated meaning you could spend ages there in May Didnt use the resteraunts or bars while there but they looked good. No cash taken in the hotel which I prefer to use Hotel supermarket well stocked similar prices to local mini marts etc. Had a minor issue with the safe not opening but maintenance were quick to sort it. Over all had a fantastic time and hotel local area had everything we could want for a fantastic holiday so plan to return again next May

Nice stay with friendly staff , clean hotel , very central in port d’ alcudia allthough it was quiet and comfortable at Night

Awesome pools, buffets and kids/adult entertainment! This is our second time in Zafiro Hotels from Zafiro Bahia and now here at Zafiro Tropic. Both are nice hotels but food are better when it's not summertime where the hotel is not too crowded.
