The development covers total 800 acres of land will comprise of more than 10,000 units of holiday accommodation and upon completion will boast facilities such as an 18-hole golf course, a water theme park, a 30-acre man-made beach, a public marina, a retail centre and resort hotel complexes.
Also consist of more than 200 acres of land comprising of 6 man-made resort islands. These islands will include an internationally affiliated spa resort, custom designed homes with private jetty and pool, commercial elements for F&B and entertainment, with lush tropical landscaping, green avenue parks and playground – all aimed at enhancing one’s lifestyle, as well as meet the demands of the successful.
As at the end of 2005, these projects had been successfully delivered on-time; a Marina Canal along the Sungai Menyala, a conference hall, 570 riverine villa, 300 resort-condotel units, bungalow lots, an 18-hole royal Palm Springs golf club course, a golf clubhouse, a club village featuring the largest sand pool in Malaysia, children's fun pool, reflexology pool, jacuzzis, tennis court, karaoke rooms and 28 caravans.Daha Fazla Göster
