The accomodation is really convenient to explore Port Elisabeth, as it is close to the city center and yet the area feels safer (which is something to be considered in South Africa). The room is spacious and spotless, and even has a kitchen.

Terrible. We booked online then we arrived early to check the location and rooms the lady at reception was friendly and showed us the room, then we went to the beach coz in the booking site they said check in is 13.00, we came back at 13.20 to check in they said they are full, we told the lady we have a booking she looked at the booking and said the boss didn't say anything about the booking so they have 2 rooms instead of the 3 that we booked, we didn't have the choice we had to squeeze the kids in 1 room and ask for mattress because it was late to get another accommodation, the second room that we got didn't have a shower we were told to use the shower that is outside and a sharing it or go to the kids room to shower

It was an amazing experience. We really enjoyed everything about that place me and my sister and what’s more important is that, it’s very safe .

The booking never materialised. The number given was on voicemail and we had to book somewhere else

The receptionist was very rude and unkind. He took his time to prepare our room and give us keys. The room was dirty and had cocroaches all over, even on the bed.

The place is amazing. Great service, very clean, private and amazing a**osphere. The rooms are spacious and well organized. It is worth the money.

My stay was great, the hotel was clean, but I got a room next to reception which, was very noisy you could hear people talking all night long,making noise making it hard to sleep peaceful.
