호텔의 위치는 공항과도 가깝고 높은지대에 있어서 경치도 좋았어요 직원들도 매우 친절했습니다 어떻게든 도와주려고 저의 말에 귀기울여 주며 해결방안을 제시했습니다 덕분에 편안하고 안전한 여행을 즐겼습니다

This was my first stay at Crowne Plaza Residences. I’ve been coming to Port Moresby on business since 2015 and the Crowne Plaza Residences are fairly new (I would previously stay at Grand Papua or The Crown). I loved it here! The reception staff were friendly & professional & there were a business centre with a pod coffee machine where I was able to meet with PNG colleagues. My room was massive (big enough for a family!) with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms and balconies overlooking Ela Beach & APEC Haus. The wifi worked well & I was able to easily work from the hotel in between meetings. The hotel is close to everything - just a short walk to Revenue Haus & next door to Deloitte Haus. The Port Terrace Bar is just outside (beautiful views over Fairfax harbour, especially at sunset!) & part of the hotel for room service charges. I met here with advisors from Deloitte Haus, had dinner here each night as well as room service for breakfast and the menu was interesting & food was great.

El apartamento que ocupé me pareció estupendo, amplio y con una cocina bien equipada. El restaurante y el bar están bien decorados y sirves una comida que me pareció buena. El servicio tanto del hotel-residencias como del bar-restaurante es bueno. La directora de reservas (Brigitte) es muy eficiente y me ayudó en lo que pudo con las reservas afectadas por las más que regulares cancelaciones de los vuelos por parte de Air Niughini.
