The room was clean and had everything we needed for our short weekend stay. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. We had breakfast and Sunday lunch there, nicely cooked, big portions and great service. Only negative was that there was a limited range of beers (would like to have had some local beer on offer)

The Golden Fleece is a fantastic hotel in a wonderful location. My room was clean and quiet and the staff were helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to visit the numerous locations of North West Wales.

Had a great one night stay here, very pleasant staff at check in counter, very helpful! Room was amazing, very clean and cosy! Would definitely recommend!

Very cosy and cute little inn located within an equally cosy village. Friendly staff and clean room. Breakfast was delicious. Parking was a slight issue in the evening as cars had to park in 2 rows, blocking the first people in. Large Tesco 5 min drive away. Would definitely stay again.

Good food was served promptly, but at no time did anyone ask if it was satisfactory or enjoyable.
Mould on bathroom ceilings and walls and part of the ceiling was collapsing.
Sink wasn’t draining properly.
Couldn’t use the shower or bathroom facilities as no towels were provided!

We enjoyed our stay at The Golden Fleece Inn. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed.

I was in room 17. Clean, recently painted from the looks of it. Rooms are in a separate building just across the road. My room wasn’t big enough for the double bed in it. While there was space to walk around it, the bathroom door could only be opened half way. It would have been a v big issue for someone larger than me. I was solo so didn’t need the big bed.
Staff were very welcoming, cheerful & very pleasant, the food I had was very good, hot & flavoursome, the beer obviously well kept. I enjoyed my stay & will stay again - but maybe a single bed in that room!

I stayed at this hotel as part of my 5 day motorcycling break around Wales.
The accommodation was in a separate building, which wasn't an issue for me, and the only means of access was to check in at the Golden Fleece Inn first and obtain an access card.
The room that I was staying in was clean and had everything that I needed for my stay.
The food in the Golden Fleece Inn was well presented and reasonably priced.
Would I recommend a stay here? Yes I would.
However if you are travelling by Motorbike, as I was I'd recommend and advise that you park your pride and joy in the EV Charging car park at the side of the accommodation building, rather than in the Town Square, for added protection and security.
