I had a few major problems with this place, first of all the hotel was not in the thumbnail photo it was further down around 200 metres away so the picture is not as described. A con fussing key was given with different set on numbers on it, the shower wasn’t working it got fixed only when I was ready to check-out,, bed quilt smelt fishy. Bad experience almost spoilt my trip.

Good place, but some few thing need to be upgraded. Furnitures are antiquated, lights so dim, and AC machine very loud

The apartment we had was a 1 bed (sleeps 4) for myself and my two teenagers. From previous reviews I was expecting a bit more. It was clean, staff were a bit hit and miss (a fair bit of eye rolling from one of the older ladies in the bar), but mostly friendly and helpful. Food and drink was ok, reasonably priced but not going to win any awards. My biggest gripe was the uncomfortable beds. Rock hard and so uncomfortable that I ended up with a very bad back. Only one air conditioning unit in the apartment which was in the living room/kitchenette. The pool area had plenty of sun beds and the pool was a decent size. The location is a bit too far to walk anywhere comfortably. There are a couple of supermarkets within a 10 min walk, but of course yiu have to factor in carrying your shopping back - so had to make several trips. The hotel would benefit from having perhaps a small store selling essentials for their guests. The beach is stunning though and lots of bars and restaurants there for those who wish to go a bit further than the hotel. Portimao itself seemed a bit run down, but perhaps that’s just the area where the shuttle bus dropped us off. It was too hot to really do hours of exploring the town, so perhaps I’m doing it a mis-service. The hotel was all in all good value, and great for my very late booking. I don’t think I would revisit though.

Calidad precio muy bien sus camareros Paolo y yulia muy atentos , apartahoteles muy bien cómodos y muy vigilados con cámaras da seguridad al turista la verdad que la estancia ha sido muy tranquila y cordial. La comida que ponen en el bar calidad precio muy bien.

Hemos estado 11 días en julio y NO SABEMOS COMO HAN CONSEGUIDO LAS TRES ESTRELLAS!!! Para empezar la recepción y la piscina, muy pequeña, se encuentran en el hotel de 2 estrellas… El servicio de habitaciones realizaba la cama y cambio de toallas (aunque algunos días hasta la tarde no se habían hecho) pero la limpieza de ventanas, muebles, terraza…no existía; llegando a encontrarnos una TELARAÑA que notablemente llevaba bastante tiempo, terraza con un montón de SUCIEDAD y una balda de baño SUCIA desde que llegamos. (Adjuntamos fotos). Fuimos a recepción a hablar con ellos y dijeron que lo anotaban para solucionarlo al día siguiente pero no fue así. Cuando hablamos con el responsable no hubo manera de conseguir poder dejarlo escrito en el LIBRO DE RECLAMACIONES como pedimos en varias ocasiones ya que nos DABAN LARGAS todo el rato. Sinceramente, mucha falta de profesionalidad negándonos el derecho a poder poner una queja y de la limpieza ni hablar… NADA RECOMENDABLE!!!!
