Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and eager to help. The real hidden secret is their lovely interior patio, which is beautifully done,
and a great place to hang out and read or have a drink.

It is a lovely hotel in a nice area. The mattresses were so comfortable and the sheets. The bartender was awesome. The "uber" services did not work as well, however. We had to wait quite a while at the restaurant, but I would definitely stay there again.

We are locals but we wanted to spend a night out. We rented the King Bed Suite with the Jetted Whirlpool Tub. Beautiful, clean and spacious room, comfy bed and pillows, sofa and chairs were great. Lobby is clean and welcoming. We ate at the restaurant downstairs and had a fantastic meal. Fabulous hotel

First time to Portland and PHH didn’t disappoint. Room service, amenities, and staff were all great. So close to so many great spots, definitely will be back!

We were up for our daughter’s wedding and the hotel was a perfect location. We had family staying at other hotels nearby and everyone thought ours had the biggest rooms and the nicest common areas.

The staff was absolutely tremendous and welcoming. The walls for the rooms are paper thin and you can hear everything from your neighbor’s room. We had people smoking in the room next to us, and it was so bad at kept us up all night not a great experience whatsoever.

The area is great and beautiful. Plenty of options for food, including inside the hotel itself. The service is next level, parking is valet services and its the only option, I wish there would an option to where I can park my own car, but it was no big deal. Overall I give it a 10/10 and total recommend it to anybody visiting Portland!

Squeaky clean, quiet, so very comfortable, in the heart of the Old Port. Can't ask for a nicer place.
