Hard to find hotel. Most entrances closed. Desk staff were good but restaurant staff were rude and indifferent. Had to wait 50 min for my mediocre, expensive steak dinner because of a booked party. Yet, I came before the party ordered. Buffet breakfast was good but no mention of ordering eggs besides the buffet. Room was basic with few outlets and plastic lamps. Watch the step in the bathroom? Ocean view - non existent and you have to cross a busy road to get to the ocean. Basically opposite of what’s advertised. Poor value, uncomfortable and inconvenient – Certainly not luxurious. Grazia T's one review is beyond belief. How can 1 person know 29 people, let alone their names, who work there unless she has a vested interest ?

All the staff were amazing: Pier Luigi, Manuela, Lucriza, Ilario, Mauro, Asia, Silvana, Annamaria, Julia, Matia. Carmine, Giuseppe, Matteo, Michaelangelo, Dino Lavandino, Luciano, Salvatore, Carletto, Elvira, Mayiangela, Beatricie, Natalia, Antonella, Federica, Mauro, Andrea, Domenico, Luca, Vito e tutto lo staff cui non ho menzionato! The ocean was like a pool, the cute town of Porto Cesareo a 30 minute walk or a 10 minite bike ride! Loved thst they had many new bicycles!

Beautiful view from rooms facing the ocean. Gardens are also beautiful. Very steep hill to walk around the grounds. Everything else needs to be cleaned up (stairs, windows, balconies, glass elevator) or painted (refresh). Needs lots of updating n rooms. Very big, complete breakfast (where the staff there were very nice compared to front desk). Wifi wasn’t working the whole day (was working previously). We were told when we called, in late afternoon, to try again (which I did may times), because it worked at front desk! It seems it was my problem (no offer to troubleshoot). Front desk is far (steep hill) from rooms, so no easy task to just go there to meet them. Opted to go to delicious, simple and traditional restaurant across the street (S. Marguerita)for dinner. Looks like nothing from stree but has a lovely little inner courtyard.Andrea there was great and accommodating, highly recommend!

Lido completo di tutto, sala bar davanti al mare moderna e confortevole esattamente come la sala ristorante, spiaggia da 100 e lode, organizzazione perfetta, ottima musica, bella situazione, aperto sia d’estate che d’inverno, il miglior stabilimento di Porto Cesareo senza ombra di dubbio

Hotel carino, pulito, con camere spaziose. Cibo buono. L’hotel e’ tuttavia sopravvalutato e il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccessivo. Purtroppo la spiaggia privata l’abbiamo trovata spesso sporca e non pulita dai bagnini: alla mia richiesta di pulirla sono venuti con un retino e hanno dato una “ramazzata”che certo non rappresenta il servizio che dovrebbe offrire un hotel 4 stelle. Carine anche le serate a tema con musica dal vivo.

Anche quest'anno, esperienza postiva per pulizia e cortesia del personale in hotel ed in spiaggia. Negli anni scorsi però, in ottobre, a pranzo, nella struttura bar in spiaggia, c'era più personale e servivano ai tavolini. Ho pertanto utilizzato l'ottimo ristorante Le Dune ma, tempi più lunghi e maggior costo. Si potrebbe forse pensare, a pranzo, ad un menu ridotto con prezzo adeguato.

Hotel com boas acomodacoes, boa estrutura e atendimento. O beach club e uma grande opcao para desfrutar de praia mas no quesito de comidas e snacks deixa a desejar.

Tutto molto bello dalla località alla struttura. Camera molto spaziosa.... forse rivedrei il bagno. Piscina molto bella. Darei più informazioni all check in. Ho trovato il personale un po spento ma comunque molto educati. Un saluto a Matteo il barista della piscina. A presto sicuramente!!!
