Atendimento razoável e deixou a desejar... instalações pareciam sem manutenção... comida gostosa, mas esperava mais.

Loved the stay at enotel. Kids club is great for families and provide great entertainment for the children. Pools are numerous, differentiated and with options for kids and adults. Food buffet is Ok, would benefit from a bit more variety of fruits. Rooms are nice and spacious but a refurb would be welcomed, TVs are small and from the 2000s, time to replace them. Direct access to the beach is great. Adult entertainment is very good too. A lá carte restaurant options are good but should have a bit more variety, usually only 2-3 options each.

This is a wonderful all-inclusive resort for a family vacation. Kids of any age will have a wonderful time. The property is big, and you can find something for everyone. The food and drinks are of remarkably high quality.
The only small complaint is the internet quality is poor if you're travelling internationally. I would expect better internet in the rooms. But they do have a business center if fast internet.
I would recommend go back if I'm ever back in Porto de Galinhas.

Negativos: Sem concierge, hospede fica perdido logo na recepção. Checkin demorado por ter poucos funcionários disponíveis. Toalhas de piscina atras da recepção o que dificulta aos hospedes o acesso e à troca. Restaurantes fecham as 21h. Acesso dificil aos blocos, tendo q pegar corredores e elevadores que as vezes nao funcionam. Luzes do jardim se apagam as 22h e tem q usar luz do celular para iluminar caminho entre os blocos. Poucos funcionários no bar do lobby o que os sobrecarrega.
No checkout a funcionária foi bem antissocial, tipo assim…tchau, ja vai tarde!
Positivos: funcionários dos bares, restaurantes, limpeza e manutenção sao bem receptivos e alegres.
Bebidas e comidas de qualidade.

Resort gigante com muitas opções para crianças, várias piscinas, vários restaurantes mas a comida não é boa. Atendimento excelente, porém o hotel é antigo os quartos precisam de renovação e amenidades, pelo custo-benefício NÃO VALE A PENA! diárias caríssimas e pouco retorno, banheiro antigo com piso velho e sujo, camas velhas com cobertura embolorada. Nenhuma área comum nenhum dos restaurantes com ar condicionado o calor é infernal nem mesmo ventiladores de teto o que gera um ambiente insalubre e com moscas na comida, totalmente anti higiênico e desconfortável. Pelo valor das diárias e por ser uma m resort com
Classificação alta espera-se que a estrutura do local seja muito boa o que não é a realidade!
O que salva é o atendimento!

muito bom o hotel em todo , deixou a desejar somente uma coisa: havia um mau cheiro no corredor indo pro quarto, acho q é tratamento de esgoto do hotel ou alguma coisa parecida . mas no geral é excelente principalmente o atendimento, são muito cordiais e simpáticos. parabéns pelo quadro de colaboradores.
