Lovely hotel in Porto. What made it for me was the rooftop area and the bar service on the 8th floor, it was so calming and peaceful.
Little things let this stay down for me however, in particular house keeping. I was there for a total of 5 nights and twice I had to go ask for more water and towels. They didn't replenish coffee, or even change the dirty coffee mugs for clean ones. As I say just the things you would expect.
Location was good, but not fantastic for being right in the life of things without hilly climbs.

The staff is very nice and good service. The hotel locates at mid-level that it may not suit for kid and senior.

Emplacement idéal au centre ville.
Service impeccable, personnel très aimable et disponible.
Petit déjeuner super. Terrasse/bar roof-top avec vue impressionnante.
Seul bémol: la salle de bain avait probablement souffert d'une inondation et la porte ne pouvait se fermer. A réparer!
Nous reviendrons volontiers.

El servicio del hotel fue increíble, muy buen desayuno, la habitación estaba súper bien, la cama súper cómoda y el baño era grande. Está muy bien ubicado yo que iba a todos lados andado no tardaba mucho
