Spot Apartments Casa Januario

I'm currently staying at the Spot Apartments in Porto, and I'm blown away. This place is stunning. From Porto airport, you can catch a tram to the final stop, Trindade. Directly opposite Trindade is Spot's reception & lounge, so if you have tourist tax to pay or want to leave your luggage for a few hours, you can do this straightaway, and the staff are really friendly. From there, my apartment was a 5 minute walk away. I received check-in instructions (code for the outside door, and how to unlock a keybox to get the key) on the day of arrival. It's in a great location, shopping just around the corner, bakeries, bars and restaurants all really close by. It's central, but it's quiet. At night, I heard nothing from outside. The apartment is in a fairly old building, but it's beautiful inside. It's clean, modern, *brilliant* air conditioning, and my apartment was spacious and full of character. High ceiling, huge doors leading to a balcony, small kitchen area with a fridge, kettle, coffee maker... It is genuinely one of the nicest places I've stayed in Europe and at a really good price, and I would highly recommend this place. I think this is my first hotel review where I genuinely can't find anything to complain about... This place is amazing!

Appartamento bellissimo, a letteralmente due passi dal mercato coperto. Arredamento moderno e curato, fornito di ogni comfort: amenities e dispenser pieni nella doccia. Pulizia impeccabile, c'è tutto l'occorrente per usufruire della cucina. Il piccolo terrazzino poi è un surplus! Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato anche il divano letto già pronto! Nota super positiva è la cordialità: siccome avevamo bisogno di due letti singoli, al posto del matrimoniale, appena abbiamo avanzato la richiesta si sono adoperati subito per farci trovare al rientro i due letti separati. Inoltre, ci hanno fatto trovare sul tavolo da pranzo acqua, biscotti, thè in foglie, caffè e una scatoletta di sardine! Sono dettagli che veramente fanno piacere! È stato un soggiorno incredibile, rapporto qualità prezzo superlativo! (Unico consiglio: sarebbe stato fantastico trovare dei filtri per la macchina da caffè per poterla utilizzare, ma è un dettaglio insignificante!)
