The staff are SO welcoming and have great advice. Shower is warm and beautiful. Towels and linens are quite nice!
Couldnt ask for a better experience or location ☆

In the heart of Lisbon which is great if you're looking to explore. However that does mean it's kinda noisy. The room was decent however didn't expect to have to rent a towel which was a bit annoying. Also it wasn't very well air conditioned. The kitchen facility was great too.

It was nice. Very convenient and walkable. However, showers were not the cleanest and breakfast wasn't much. Also, there are no elevators so plan accordingly. Staff was nice and you get what you pay for.

Fantastic location, as it's just a couple minutes away from the São Bento Metro station, and centrally located in the city center. The only downside is that there is no elevator and you will have to take the stairs up to your room. And hopefully you're not on the 4th floor (5 floors up) like I was.

The hostel is right next to the metro station, very convenient. But on the other hand, it's close to the big street and a bit noisy.
Overall is good. The bed is with locker.

We spent three nights in Porto and we really appreciate Best Guest Hostel. Very close to Saõ Bento station and to Douro river, we loved the comfortable and very clean rooms, the kindness of the staff and also the good breakfast you can have there! We'll come back again!

Clean room, busy neighborhood. Be careful to be on the rooms over the bar area, also did not like them being cheap on the shower without being able to hold the shower. Also only accept cash payment
