I am not being unkind but this is the equivalent of a "cheap eats" restaurant The foyer is soulless and reminds me of an 80's youth club the rooms are as small as they can be, the
pillows were awful, the shower needed maintainance (it leaked - and WAS fixed very quickly), there are no views. I could go on but it would be nitpicking. On the plus side was the location, it is pretty central, and the price - twin beds for around £52 in March 25. The rooms were clean, a basic breakfast was available and there is parking (£12 per 24hrs). Would I stay here again? Most probably, despite its budget nature this Ibis is a low cost sleepover in the heart of Portsmouth that offers reasonable value when stacked up against the opposition.
