The family room is great and spacious. Two connecting room , only one with bathroom. The room configuration can even have 3 room connected together. Paid parking lot going into garage need some patience, it’s almost one way. Took in details, handwritten welcome. The children were happy , given Christmas slippers and chocolate Santa goodies. Well appreciated

Not a 4 stars hotel at all. . Very poor design form 1970 and Not updated hotel without enough parking. Staff is not too good.If you can pay &50 more go to another hotel. This one is DDR desperation If you are Trever with a car do not book this hotel. !!!!!!!

I have very nice experience of stay here staff is very helpful and caring. Housekeeping staff Mr. Ganesh on my floor is very caring and professional , eveytime I found my room decently managed and set. Come and enjoy your stay here.

We were in the NH Potsdam for a conference and were very pleased with the experience Emma's team put together for us. Always very professional and solution-oriented. The conference facilities are very good and our conference participants were likewise pleased with the learning environment the NH rooms provided. The hotel rooms themselves were very comfortable and spacious and always clean. Breakfast was very satisfying and had something for every taste.

Very comfortable bed and nice breakfast buffet. Room was too hot and no Air Conditioning was available. It cooled down in the evenings. I will stay here again but not during summer months.

Great location with walkable streets and lots of things to see and do. Easy access to public transportation for farther excursions.
It has no AC and I visited during a heatwave so…

The hotel is in a prime location in the heart of Potsdam’s old town. Great shopping, cafés and restaurants are in walking distance. Another big plus is the on-site parking. The rooms are spacious, the bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is clean. As in the rest of Europe, you can actually open the windows. Not so nice: The staff could be a bit more knowledgeable and more friendly. A coffeemaker in the room would also be nice. I did not try their breakfast but I found it to be overpriced. I recommend Café Heider just a few steps away where they have an exceptional buffet for slightly more than half the price.

The place is very beautiful and in such a great area. Very easy to check in and nice staff. Can leave your bag if you need. However, they gave me a room that required stairs, half a flight down and then another whole flight up. It was worth it in the end as view was incredible from room but please request strep free access room if needed. I had a friend to help me lug my stuff up luckily and don't have issues with stairs. I could have changed my room I guess but just a call out in advance if a consideration. I would happily stay again!

My first stay at an NH hotel and I was very pleased. Staff were very friendly and room was excellent. (But, because of the historic nature of the building, I had to walk up one flight of stairs to get to the top floor.) Set on a pleasant and quiet city street, the hotel has been updated inside in a way that maintains its charm. My room felt comfortably modern yet still had the uniqueness of European hotel rooms. It is a 30 minute S-Bahn ride from Potsdam Bahnhof to Berlin's Hauptbahnhof. And a tram takes you from the hotel to the Potsdam station.
