I booked the place for a short week work stay and chose the location for practical reasons. Nice flat with all necessities, but a bit disturbing to have the fridge humming on and off through the night and the neighbour chatting all evening and night sitting on the balcony next to mine. My arrival was close to chaotic due to a mistake in the information mail I received prior to my stay. It took two mails, two calls nd almost 30 minutes to get me to the right room with all necessary codes and passwords. By the first call, it would have been more reassuring if the online receptionist had sent me an updated info mail rather than having to call and write more times (the info note in the room had only old and useless codes to wifi and gate. And as a small "yuck" coffee cups weren't clean, but with rims of old tea and coffee. It looked like the peefect place, but insufficient communication and details left me less impressed than other users.

Filthy. Dirt and debris all over the floor including what looked like mouse poop. Fridge was full of old food debris and condensation. Toilet was filthy. Bathroom sink had no soap and was clogged. Couch has wet areas on it. Floor had sticky spots. Really nice apar**ent that, if properly cleaned, would be wonderful. Very close to old town with lots of dining options. Building itself is clean and quiet.

The apar**ent is large, comfortable but neglected. It could be superb if the owner would paint the walls, which are full of stains and scratches. The bathroom is really nice but smelly and again the walls are dirty and the washbasin is almost stopped. The sofa is also full of stains.

Very nice and convenient place to stay, close to the city center and all commodities. Recommended place.
