雖然布拉格感覺一般般，主要是遊客太多，但這家酒店還是非常不錯。性價比非常高，位置也靠近中央火車站和老城廣場，服務、早餐、環境全部在線，非常推薦。

Excellent location n at most 5 mins walk from the main train station
Room size is moderate n big comparing to Asian hotels
amenities are ok though despite offering the same things for hand face and hair lol
Breakfast is included and good to have a chance to meet fellow travelers. Should have no worries as they have 2 sets of full food stations for everyone… capacity being more than 200 I wonder
Price wise it is just worth the money

Amazing hotel , friendly and polite staffs , nice location , very close to old town center .
The breakfast was amazing .
The room is very nice , wonderful sheets , love the lighting in the bathroom and the huge double mirror .

The hardware of the hotel is normal as it is expensive comparatively. The services of in-house restaurant and reception of the hotel were terrible. I went to the restaurant of the hotel for dinner in a late evening but was arranged to a table that was not possible to take a meal normally and requested to change the table. The result was to say the restaurant was fully booked (but actually 3 to 4 tables were still vacant). I was surprised by my observation that all guests inside were all Western without Asian. I complained this poor service with the hotel reception and they seemed to discuss with their staff inside the restaurant a bit but also said that all tables had been fully booked this night. I felt very angry and left. After finished my dinner outside the hotel for nearly one hour and returned to hotel before 10 pm but checked that many tables in the restaurant were still vacant. It was a terrible experience in my travel life of such poor service of the restaurant and the hotel reception did not follow up complaint from the hotel guests.

The hotel is in a great spot, close to Prague Main station and a short walk to the old town. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The Ingarden restaurant was lovely and the wait staff a delight. Overall we had a lovely experience at this hotel and I can highly recommend it.
