Polecam bardzo hotel. Miła obsługa, pyszne śniadania, czyste pokoje sprzątane na życzenie. Lokalizacja świetna.

호텔은 프라하 도보 관광하기에 매우 좋은 위치로, 프라하성, 카를교까지 10여분 올드타운, 하벨시장까지 20분 정도면 도보로 이동이 가능합니다.

Very very disappointed.from the website was looking forward to experiencing the Lovley old rooms ..but on arrival the night porter took us to a room across the street . We never got to stay on the hotel . But paid a lot money to look across at the hotel from across the street . And apart from breakfast were never in the hotel ..even thought they confirmed the booking they never said upfront we would be not be staying inthe hotel ..poor form..we did asked to be moved but were shown another room off the gardens .. would have cancelled the booking had we known ..BEWare

It is the third time that my husband and I stayed in this beautiful place. We stayed in the Dependance, just a few meters away from the main hotel. We had a beautiful room, our bathroom was built inside a rock. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful and efficient. Special thanks to Mrs. Nicoll who had a special surprise for my husband’s birthday ( a bottle Prosecco in the room ). The breakfast buffet was very good, a lot of choice, everything freshly prepared. In a very nice seating area. Special thanks to Mr. Robert who was very friendly and helpful, overseeing everything, helping everywhere. We will definitely come back. Kristine Vos

The hotel was a great value (first week in November). Prague Castle, Vltava River, Charles Bridge, Old Town and Letná Park can be reached by walking only 5-15 minutes. The staff was extremely helpful, our room (Deluxe) quite large and luxurious. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. We were allowed to keep our car in the garage for a few hours after checkout time.

Fantastic family atmosphere hotel. Rooms are clean and tasteful. Stayed in a suite with an incredible Roman/Greek style bathroom. All personell makes you feel home! Special to mention is Nicol! Here arrangement, Spa, city tours, restaurants are above amazing!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The room was well accommodated, and the bathtub shower was great to relax in after a long day walking about Prague. The staff were pleasant and attentive and made us feel welcomed in the city. Daily breakfasts were delightful and had a wide variety of options as well as fresh pastries. The only issue we had was that we could not adjust the temperature in the room. With the unusually warm winter weather in the city, it got quite warm in the room in the evening requiring us to open the windows and get a pedestal fan in order to get air circulating. Not a big deal and the front desk staff even helped us find a Phillips head screwdriver to assemble the fan. We ate dinner in their restaurant twice during our stay and it was a fine experience. I especially liked the roast duck. We loved the location as it was less than a block from a tram station and metro station which made getting around the city super easy. It’s definitely it on the short list of hotels for our next stay.

We had a pleasant stay. The staff were super friendly and the room was clean and lovely. We couldn't spot any negative point about the hotel and would highly recommend it
