酒店辦入住和真正住的地方不在一個地方。客房是散落的各處的民居公寓，所以，先要去酒店大堂辦入住，然後給你一張紙寫着地址，步行過去，可能是幾百米，可能有一公里，房間夠大，床也多。關鍵是便宜，就看你接不接受拉着行李箱在青石板上嘰哩咔拉的走，箱子又大又重，有點難走，遊客也多，避讓不方便。總之，經濟性是可以的。其他就忽略吧。此地就在步行街口，去景區均可步行。

Апартаменты очень хорошие, в самом центре Праги. В апартаментах есть все необходимое, особенно понравились большие, удобные кровати и душ. После долгой прогулки самое то! Расстроило только то, чтобы заселиться платишь залог 200 евро. Нигде об этом нет информации. Деньги возвращаются не сразу, в течении 7 рабочих дней после отъезда , и нигде нет гарантии что они вернутся.

The apartment did not meet our expectations. It was dusty and old furniture and appliances. Generally it looked cheap. Not happy about the manner staff talked to us and the cherry on top was that they charged 5€ for storing luggage. Left a cheap impression and luckily it was only a two-night stay for us.

Apartment was very old, up 70 flights of stairs (209+) when the lift didn’t work plus for 2/3 nights we had either a domestic screaming match going on outside of our apartment or some crazed person knocking on doors and trying to gain access to our apartment, which frightened the life out of my wife and 2 young children. The operators didn’t want to have anything to do with it. No remedy and bad communication. An incredibly horrible experience, plus incredibly expensive

BOOK ELSEWHERE! They robbed me of almost 300€. My debit card got declined in the payment process, so I tried to pay with my master card. They told me it was declined too (which was a blatant lie) and claimed cash payment. Thank god my bank was closed as I wanted to withdraw money to pay them. We decided to get back into our car and have a nice time somewhere else. A month later I saw that my credit card in fact worked and they got almost 300€ for nothing at all in exchange. Also they claimed they have parking spots available in the booking process. If you stay there they hand you a sheet of paper that will lead you to their parking garages. ~70€ A DAY(!) for parking. So for our two night stay there would’ve been 210€ extra on top of the rent. After that incident we cannot reach them in any way. The mail address we communicated over cannot be reached as their server spits back error messages instantly. I now will try to claim my money back via my credit company. AGAIN: Go away! Book elsewhere!

The property was not a 3 bed as advertised. We had to check in at a separate property which was 8 minutes walk from the reception which was not easy with 4 kids at almost midnight. I was given a flat on the 3rd floor with no lifts, fan or air conditioning and the property managers refused to move me when we were harassed by a shop owner in the same property. Very disappointing and I will not recommend.

This company lack any integrity, honesty or transparency Now looking at the previous reviews this seems to be a common theme. The apartment you book before is not the one you stay in. Once we had landed in Prague we were advised by What's App the apartment we had booked on the square (booked intentionally on the square having stayed there before) was not available due to technical issues!! (Is that Czech for double-booked) Their very grumpy airport transfer driver then tried to ask for more than agreed for which we had a argument and I would not budge from the agreed price Their reception is a reception for ＞200 properties so dont expect any TLC or interest We were offered a premium apartment which in hindsight probably was better than the original we booked on the square but the location was dreadful, it was a 10-15 minute walk and our view was another block of apartments rather than the beauty of the square They charge €20 a day for air conditioning which is not mentioned in any advertising＞ Our shower had a leak Dreadful company

Worst property ever trust me 100% its a fully scam hotel running amd looting people Reasons 1. The property shown and the property you will get at time of checkin is totally obscene,worst,and different. 2. Super rude staff with no cooperation 3.Deposit at Risk 10,000% ,i dint make any noice but they threatened me to call the police and throw me on the road and deposit will be taken these same words were told to me on the phone by the receptionist at the hotel 4. Hotel location different , reception and checkin counter different , totally a hassle if you have too much luggage 5. Most IMPORTANT no AIR CONDITION in the appartment , so after too mamy complaints they gave us a fan and charged 20 euros . Like totally rubbish 6. SINCERE REQUEST PLEASE DONT BOOK IT PLEASE.

Great location, however, the bedding and pillows were stained. It was very, very loud in the building and if you closed the windows, it was very very hot in the apartment. They had 1 very small fan for 3 rooms
Additionally, although we paid for a 3 bedroom, it was a two with a bed placed next to the couch in the middle of the living room. Don't stay here - its not even worth the cheap price
