Perfect location just at the old town square, check it was a bit confusing as entry to the room we had was somewhere else. It would be challenging for some to get to the room as stairs were narrow and steep. In the room we had set up for 2 when our booking was for 3. Tea and coffee was in the room and was chargeable even though it was instant as only 3in1 coffee. Breakfast very basic. We only stayed 2 night and it was good for what we needed

A very unique hotel in the middle of Prague. perfect for a group of 5 lads in there 20's. we were warned about noise after 10pm but other than that no complaints absolutely superb.

This accommodation is in a really accessible location, really close to the old town. Although the rooms are well appointed, clean and warm, I’d describe the hotel as tourist class at best. Reception area is very small with the breakfast room off to the right. It’s basic, but does the job. There is no lift, so please be prepared to carry your luggage up. Luckily, we noticed and requested a room on the 1st floor. There are still 29 steep steps to that point. There’s nowhere to sit and relax and there is no bar. Our room was front facing but the hotel is situated next to a busy pub. It was noisy, but what do you expect? Prague is a very busy city with 100’s of bars full of people enjoying themselves. The cleaner was hit and miss. She’d change the towels, but nothing else. Also, she would arrive around 4pm when we were having a rest after walking around since just after breakfast, which wasn’t really convenient. We didn’t find this a huge problem as we tidied as we went. There is a mini bar with everything priced at 100 Koruna. Tea and coffee sachets are also provided at 20 Koruna each. No milk is provided. Take your own and buy milk from a local shop. Breakfast is a bit boring, no variety. Every day; lukewarm warm frankfurter sausages, bread, rolls, croissants and doughnuts, 3 kinds of processed meats, dairy lea type cheese, small pots of pate, apples, oranges, tomatoes, 2 types of cereal and a coffee machine. Fresh orange juice is provided. Unsure how many rooms there are but there are 7 tables. Beds are nice and big but the mattresses are thin and hard. We were on a city break so it was fine for us. We would have liked a bit more comfort, but it’s an adequate hotel. Our room, 20, had a beautiful ceiling.

Horrendous, from the moment we walked into the smallest of reception areas we were greeted with the most miserable of receptionists, no welcome, no map of the city, asked for payment straight away even before we were able to check in and visit the room. We used the luggage “room” to store our bag. Do not stay here if you have mobility issues or find walking up a steel staircase a problem, we were in room 10, every floor board creaked, vile smell of drains filled the room. I ventured back downstairs to request a room change and the reply was “no, we have no rooms” when infact they had one online! She would t even come up to smell it for herself, tutting about me making a complaint. Shower head fell on my shoulder so all in all the room was huge but not up to standard. Breakfast room was beyond basic, offering bread, tomatoes, meats, fruit,yoghurt and a coffee machine. Overall an epic fail and wished I’d spent more on a decent hotel. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

The property was incredible, and the staff were nice and well informed.

I pay for city tax before trip on ******* and also in hotel . Money No refunded . Rubbish . Young recepcionist Ruth she have problem with eyes . No recommended They take money to the pocket I think

Good location, but staff are unhelpful and rude. Said we used a bottle of water from the mini bar, which we hadn’t, kept arguing with us, then told us to go. We later saw they had put thru a $7 on our credit card. The floors creak terribly you cannot move without waking up everyone else in the room and probably the people below, I know we heard every move the people above us made. I would give this place a miss.

We enjoyed our stay. The main reception worker was very kind and helpful. The room was larger than pictured for our group of 5. As described there is a steel stairwell, No A/C, and limited charging options. Although they did provide fans. One negative was ants in the bathroom. Which were not taken care of. Also a pesky pigeon by the bathroom window so we wouldn’t open it or it would climb in! The main negative was the beds. The mattresses were like straw sacks with no support.
