Excelente resort.
Instalações bem cuidadas.
Serviço de bares perfeito e com variedades.
A gastronomia no restaurante principal deixa à desejar, mas nos restaurantes a la carte surpreende.
Excelente opção para as crianças com recreação e muita atividade.

Viajei com a minha filha de 4 anos. O hotel é perfeito para famílias, especialmente com crianças. Há muitas atividades infantis, como recreadores, parquinho e piscina infantil. O quarto é muito confortável e espaçoso e a alimentação all inclusive é excelente, com uma kids corner e opções diversificadas aos adultos.
O complexo é pé na areia com serviço de guarda sol e cadeiras, numa praia praticamente particular, muito calma e de água transparente e quente.
Fica próximo do Projeto Tamar, que vale a visita. Como fui no período de desova das tartarugas, deixaram as crianças soltarem os filhotes. Um experiência inesquecível!
Não tive nenhum problema na estadia. Recomendo.

O Iberostar Bahia tem um ótimo custo benefício. Viajamos em família, com uma criança de 6 anos. O local é seguro, limpo e organizado. A parte de recreação infantil (parquinho e monitores) é ótima. Gostamos do restaurante japonês Sakura. No restaurante Meu Rei, que é aberto para todas as refeições, a variedade do buffet é grande. O quarto é confortável. O staff foi prestativo e gentil em todas as interações que tivemos. O mar de frente para o hotel tem ondas fortes então requer atenção. Tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa no resort!

Second time in the resort, nice food is offered, good variety. Room is spacious and two swimming pools, being one with warm water.

Likes: Lots of space to stretch out. Great value for the money spent. Dislikes: No dehumidifier in room, it stays wet inside. Allowing adults to carry drinks and food into pools. (The pool bar is fine, but when I see a plate of food on the outside of the pool edge and a pina coloda spill into the water by a drunk woman, it made us leave the pool that day.) Please enforce no food and drinks in the pool.

Nice spot , confort, clean and very pleasant, only cons I could find was the baby cart rented by hotel was really low quality and I regret not to have brought my own, as well the star-privillege reserved areas on the beach as kind senseless, as I paid almost 1000 extra to upgrade from Bahia to Selection it doesn't make any sense you have to pay further 2500 to stay in a front beach chair, it looks like hotel is trying to make money pushing charges to guests that are already paying a lot for the stay

Everything was perfect, except the check in and check out.
We waited for hours for our room to be ready and when it was ready nobody told us, we were just sitting in the lobby for hours waiting.
And for the check out the lady was so rude to us, she made us wait to check out, and she wasn’t doing anything, we just stood around waiting to check out and for her to get the taxi information to let him in to the resort. It’s my first time staying at this iberostar, the property is amazing but the front desk team should be more friendly!!

Excelente experiência, estavamos em lua de mel, hotel lindo muito bem consevado, incriveis restaurantes temáticos, o que nos deixou um pouco frustrado foi o restaurante baiano, pelo qual tinhamos enorme expectativa, a comida estava fria, o garçom pouco receptivo.
