Soul Glamping

The luxury tent was very nicely appointed and very comfortable. Germana is a great host. The views were lovely, as described, and the hot tub was a nice bonus. Prazeres is also a nice town with some great restaurants. Just be aware that it's a 45 drive to Funchal.

I made the reservation on booking for 900euro, but paid from pound sterling (784.6£). I must mention on the booking there was only 2 option to choose and it refered to the size of the tent, not about the view. There was family tent and another option smaller, but BOTH AT THE SAME PRICE. I chose the bigger one, but didnt know if it is with the seaview and i send a message to the property "to be witj the seaview please". When we arrived the host wasnt there but left us a message on the paper that she upgraded our stay for free for a tent with a seaview but we have to cacwl the reservatio on booking to avoid being reserved by somebody else. Even from start i did not understand how it can be booled by somebody else if there isnt any optio to choose "seaview tent", but i agreed as o thought she just wants to save some money by not being at booking (which im pretty sure it is true). Obviously booking refunded me less, only 731.5£ because of conversion. I expected the host to be understandable because it wasnt my choice to cancel the booking, but surprise: she threatened us with the lawyer and the court. She made us to pay again 900euro, which at that date it cost me another 795£ because of conversion. In total i lost

We had a wonderful week in one of the front end domes, the dome is very spacious and nicely decorated, the equipment is complete with a nice bathroom and kitchen, and the jacuzzi is just fantastic with this stunning view over the mountains and the sea! Germana is a really friendly host sharing voluntarily tips and helping out as much as she can. The place is a good starting point for walks in the west and north-west, for walks on the eastern part you need about 1 hour drive. You have a sandy beach close by at Calheta and a nice stone beach at Porta do Sol at about 30min drive. It's a great place for being close to the nature in a quiet and peaceful area. Just bring some ear plugs, as you never know who are your neighbors in the tents around.

Nous avions réservé dès mars ce séjour au Soul Glamping, pensant que ce serait l'apothéose de notre voyage.Nous nous en réjouissions tellement alors quelle déception de se retrouver dans un dôme avec vue sur un pré, une caméra de surveillance et les autres dômes placés devant vous, sans que cela ne nous ai jamais été mentionné, ni même indiqué sur le site, les sites de réservation ou les réseaux sociaux (aucune photo de la réalité de ce dôme n'apparait sur ceux-ci) Je pense d'ailleurs que la gérante a conscience de la situation puisque le check-in a été expéditif, rideaux fermés et sans mettre un pied sur la terrasse. A notre demande d'explication, il nous a été répondu d'abord que le jacuzzi dans le dôme avec over sea view ne fonctionnait pas puis que notre réservation a failli être annulé et enfin que ces dômes étaient trop petits pour nous 4 (alors qu'une famille de 4 avec 2 ados y logeaient dans celui juste devant nous ) Finalement c'est dommage car la communication n'ayant pas été transparente, franche et honnête on se retrouve avec la désagréable impression de payer (très cher) pour une prestation que nous n'avons pas eu. En conclusion, les prestations et les équipements ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix demandé, c'est un mauvais rapport qualité prix et il y a beaucoup mieux sur cette merveilleuse ile de Madère.

Fantastische ervaring. Wij hebben onze vakantie op Madeira afgesloten met een paar dagen op de Soulglamping, met eigen jaccuzi en geweldig uitzicht. Het is goed onderhouden en ziet er netjes uit, eigenaresse is super aardig en kwam een paar keer een Poncha langsbrengen. 's nachts is het de moeite waard om uit bed te komen, doordat je wat afgelegen zit is de hemel ontzettend goed te bekijken met duizenden sterren. Waanzinnig mooi! Absoluut een hele dikke aanrader!!

Glamping impressionante com vista mar, totalmente equipado com cozinha, zona Lounge com sofá e lareira, tv com acesso a Netflix! O espaço é super acolhedor e possui jacuzzi privado no terraço, perfeito para ver as estrelas a noite e o nascer do Sol! A simpatia da Gerente que nos recebeu é muito destacável! Sem dúvida que voltarei 🤗

Era la prima volta che sperimentavo l'esperienza del glamping e devo dire che sono stata pienamente soddisfatta. Struttura bellissima, tende grandi, pulite ed eleganti, arredate con gusto, in una posizione magnifica a strapiombo sul mare, con tanto di vasca idromassaggio riscaldata. Ottima colazione. Buon punto di partenza per visitare la parte sud e ovest dell'isola. La famiglia che gestisce la struttura è stata accogliente e disponibile. Esperienza assolutamente da consigliare per un soggiorno alternativo!

Abbiamo soggiornato 3notti coi nostri bambini, la tenda/bolla é totata di tutti i confort. Ambiente accogliente e molto pulito. Le ragazze della reception gentilissime e disponibili. Una vista magnifica dalla scogliera, davvero un paradiso!

Une bulle tout confort avec vue imprenable. L'Hôte est très accueillante et disponible. Gros point fort le jaccuzzi au coucher du soleil. Pour ceux sensibles au bruit et à la lumière, pensez à prendre un masque et des boules quies (chant du coq à 4h du matin!!)
