It was clean and within walking distance (albeit a longer distance uphill) from Whiskey Row. I was not aware that they only allow one vehicle per room. My husband and I drove separately so we had to leave one cat elsewhere. I wish I would have known that prior to booking.

Much better than we expected for the most affordable hotel in Prescott. I've known this hotel since I was a kid 50 years ago and expected it to be very weathered. It was pleasantly updated and very nice.
Owners were very polite and helpful, despite clearly being tired.

We enjoyed the fact that this is a simple, older, family owned and well maintained property. The hosts were courteous and friendly.
The only potential problem was because ******* hadn't sent our reservation through to the motel. Our host handled it easily. The room had all the amenities. The bed was comfortable.

Good location, close to Courthouse Square and other locations, but quiet at the hotel. Owners are pleasant and accommodating.

Big rooms, with huge comfortable bed, big closet, roomie bathroom, nice shower, clean, cable t.v etc.etc

Easy checkin, allowed us to park our car before checkin so we could walk downtown. King bed room, clean, ac unit worked well on a very hot 90+ day. We did not spend much time in room. Walking distance to bars and restaurants around 15 minutes. Dive bar next door was friendly and cheap!
