Holiday Inn Express & Suites Prince Albert - South

Was nice big beds and space - only three towels in the room for showering pool was cold and not working and hot tub was out of order. Front desk guy was pleasant and breakfast was lots of great options

New hotel, room was good, breakfast was good. Pool area was disappointing. Cold, hot tub wasn’t working. Entire pool area was closed part of one day. Could have been maintained better considering this is a brand new hotel. Everything else was good.

I really appreciated that there was someone manning the front desk at all times. My work required me to be in and out at all hours and there was someone at the desk at all times. The staff was very accommodating and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

I loved everything about the property. The late check in service person seemed annoyed with us and so did the lady that checked us out

Everything was fine. Operated the way one would expect. Nothing exceptional one way or the other.

Brand new hotel. Nice pool. Waterslide is separate, which is great. Every hotel should do this. One of the first developments in a new area, but once the new rec complex is finished this area should be hopping.

The outside sidewalk area is not big enough for a wheelchair or walker between the outside plug ins and the edge of the sidewalk less than 24 inch’s the very front has a uneven stamped concrete pattern to resembling bricks the uneven texture makes it very icy. Don’t recommend if you have any mobility issues

Nice new clean hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Water pressure is very low so showering is not what one would expect. There is a business close buy that sells fire wood when they burn their scrapes the smokes blows right to the hotel so there is a strong smell of smoke in the room both nights. I stayed for two nights Wed and Thur and the room rate went up for the second night stay. When I asked why the guy at the front desk could only say "supply and demand". the less rooms they have the higher the price even if you have prebooked. For this reason alone i will not return to this hotel.

Beautiful new property. Lovely room. Great breakfast. Only issue is you need to authorize your peloton so that people may actually use it!
